HORRIBLE COMPANY

My flight was cancelled because of Covid in March 2020. It's been 10 MONTHS and they still didn't provide a refund!

They are hiding behind the excuse that they need to receive money from the airline first. It's been almost a year! I can see from the comments that I'm not the only unlucky one who booked a ticket with them.

They don't reply to customers. Horrible support and horrible company. I'll never book a flight with them again.

In the meanwhile, I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

No refund for 7 months!!!Let us get a lawyer!

Flight cancelled in May due to Covid. No refund as of today. They stopped communication in September. Last message from them was that airline refunded them and I have to wait my turn to receive it. Same story as everybody. Never heard from them since then. We need to be at least 10 to start legal action. There are 5 of us so far. Please write to yuzzoo icloud com. He answers immediately. Let us unite to get our money!!!!!Dont just complain but let us take action!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Takes your money within minutes of your reservation, but won't give it back when your flight has been cancelled due to Covid. They even told me that "normally" these things take 12 weeks to process. HAHAHAHA when has this ever been normal????? They want to apply a 39 euro/ticket processing fee to reimburse me?! For what? They are not even processing my request. Nevertheless, this is against the law; I paid for a service that I did NOT receive. Now they won't event answer my emails. We'll see who has the last laugh, SCAMMERS.

DON'T USE FLYUVET

Worse experience ever with this type of providers. They are quick in taking your money but when things go wrong - and in covid-19 times things often go wrong with flights cancelled and delayed - they are surely not there to make things easier for you to get your money back. My flight was cancelled in March and I am yet to receive my money back. About a few weeks ago they have received the money from the airline company and told me I was on a waiting list to get reimbursed, since then they have replied to a single email or call. They went silent. I have spent months chasing them, let alone the hours spent on the line waiting for the customer service to pick up. Of course, they are not responding to calls, why would day. In a digital world, it's easy to TRUST to wrong partner, FlyUvet is no exception, better to pay those 20-30 euro more and book directly via the airplane company, so that when things so sour you only one of them to chase. DON'T TRUST THIS PROVIDER.

WORSE EXPERIENCE.

I am waiting for a refund since march 14th 2020. Now its 25th sett 2020 and it looks like they will keep my money.
The airlines told me that they authorized the payment on june 1st but flyuvet keep saying they did not received the money.

STAY AWAY from FLYUVET, they are scammers!!!!

I have waited over 14 weeks for my flight refund from Flyuvet and still haven't received it. All they care about is keeping their 39 euro handling fee and not the customer. When i asked about the refund they told me to contact the Emirates directly because they had no contacts themselves. I am now seeking legal advice on their behaviour and settling my refund. Will never use this agency again!

Use another company...

In January I booked flights with FlyUvet, they were cancelled due to Covid 19. No sign of any contact from there side, no help was provided. After 7 months still no answer, I don't even know if they requested a refund.

The worst experience ever

Horrible company, just the worst!!! My flight got cancelled due to a PANDEMIC and they told me they would make a refund in exchange of 39 euros fee!! What the hell?! Why would you charge me for something which is not my fault?They are trying to take advantage of people in a situation like this. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked flights with FlyUvet

Booked flights with FlyUvet. They were cancelled due to Covid 19. For 6 weeks they insisted that they cannot refund money. After 6 weeks they told me that refund is possible but due to high demand, processing will take a minimum of 14 weeks. !!! minimum 14 weeks!! I paid money to them in January 2020 and now I will have to wait another few months for any action.

You will not see your money back when your flight was cancelled

Due to Covid-19 my flight from Warsaw to Denpasar has been cancelled. There is information on website of FlyUvet that refund is possible, also Emirates Airline offers refund (of course for flights purchesed directly from them - my mistake)
Unfortunately I am not able to get refund as apparently my ticket is not refundable. FlyUvet offered me 2 options: rebooking and voucher. After exchanging 100 emails I found out that "their voucher" means rebooking. I have to book my flights until end of September 2020 and trip has to be accomplished until 30 of March 2021. To sum up FlyUvet offers rebooking and..rebooking!!! This is madness because they dont answer my questions! They just keep repeating same sentences over and over again. I have impression that they are doing it on purpose. My last message to them: "Could you send me company policy/terms and conditions?" Their answer was: "Ciao, you should refer to terms and condition". WTH?? I am really sick of coresponding with them. I guess their goal has been accomplished. They took my money. I dont feel like talking to them anymore. Done!!

Do not use this website!!!!!

Do not use this website! I have a flight from Italy to Turkey with Turkish Airlines. Due to recent events of the coronavirus, the airline company confirmed to me that I am eligible for full reimbursement, but since I have to cancel my ticket through Flyuvet since I bought from them.

After 20 min waiting on the phone, the guy in the customer service of Flyuvet told me I cannot get a full reimbursement unless my flight is canceled. They have no idea about airline companies. The reimbursement story that I claimed above, is available on Turkish Airlines' website (it is public and easily reachable) So I am not making it, as they claimed over the phone! Short story long, The Turkish airlines is going to reimburse me (over 200 euros) and they are going to fill a claim about this website !!!!! I will never ever use this website again!!!!!!!!
