Product not delivered. Very bad customer support. No refund initiated.

I picked a time but a message came saying delivery attempted while I didn’t get any calls nor is my building restricted entry. The app customer support msg is only a bot which will send an automated msg every 5 mins. And they just end the query if you don’t text also for 1 minute while they make u wait for replies. Called customer support, they also will just tell you to wait and that they can’t deliver your order nor will they initiate a refund. At this point, they are no better than a scam website. Why promise a timed delivery if you can’t fulfil moreover why can’t u even cancel the order and get a refund also. One of the worst sites, save your money and go buy from a local flower shop even if you have to take out time for it because ordering from here will only disappoint you.

dying flowers and poor customer service afterwards

Order flowers and cake/balloon. Within a day the flowers were dying. I ordered from the UK to deliver a gift in Dubai. A day later my friend told me the flowers were dying. Their customer services whatsApp and email are shockingly poor. He rang them, and they would only deal with me. they lied to him saying that they would call me - they never did! I contacted them, you get the say AI generated response saying 'I understand ' ... but they don't! and patronising one's intelligence by saying 'It is hot in Dubai and flowers need water!' of course the flowers were trimmed and placed in water! Despite sending photos of the dying flowers they offered nothing to compensate for the insulting delivery I paid a lot for. Save you money and use another company.

FNP Same Day Delivery

FNP - has gone to the drains and that too of human excreta hole drain. Its the third day today and had placed the order for the same day delivery 9th Feb 2026 and today is 13th Feb 2026 and the order is still not delivered nor order cancelled nor have they offered refund. You order cannot be refunded or cancelled. Have been wasting almost 2 hours daily chatting with these morons to no resolution. They only do a copy paste job. And they are so scared to talk to the customers after defaulting on ordered delivery.
Please DO NOT USE FNP and go through the pain that I have gone through. Why do I suffer alone . hahahahahahaha

I just ordered flower and cake for my loved one to cherish a special moment and these guys just delayed the time slots from yesterday to today and they are even delaying it more . I requested a refund which they were saying they will fund in their wallet and I said I want the money in my source account itself, they said it will be refunded in 7 working days. I hope that the money come back soon in my source account , but terrible experience .

My Order# 69600520 was never delivered…

My Order# 69600520 was never delivered and I am being asked to pay more money for redelivery.I paid full amount in advance and also paid extra for same day express delivery. FnP is running online scam of staling peoples money. Their customer support was of no help, after 2 weeks no redelivery or refund, they simply stole my money.

Very bad service

I order a week ago and then when the time to deliver they could not deliver and they want to pick it up to DPD courier services. How come and how it will gonna be happen. I paid including the delivery or shipping fee but need to pick it up to courier which is impossible..

fraud

fraud, over-charging website.
every item is exorbitantly overcharged.
I wanted to buy a potted plant, a flower bouquet and a cake to be delivered together.
the website adds separate delivery charges for each of these items, and this feels like a fraud. this felt like cheating so I left my cart and purchased from another site.
if I am buying several items to be delivered together then they should give one consolidated delivery charge.

the items are small and prices are sky high. I know they have to make a profit but today when blinkit and zomato is doing the same deliveries at much more reasonable rates they do not have that exclusive gifting tag anymore.

I recently experienced a highly disappointing incident with Ferns and Petal. I had ordered a birthday cake, but to my shock, they delivered an anniversary cake instead. This was not just a minor mix-up—it ruined the emotional significance of the occasion.

Instead of offering a sincere apology or showing genuine accountability, they tried to pacify me with a 20% discount on my next purchase.

1. A celebration is about memories, not discounts—shouldn’t they understand the gravity of ruining a once-in-a-year moment?
2. Doesn’t this reflect a lack of professionalism and respect for customer trust?
3. How can such a trivial offer possibly compensate for the emotional damage caused by their negligence?
4. Is it acceptable for a business to be so unempathetic toward a customer’s feelings?

When you book from them make up you mind for late delivery.
My delivery was not only delivered one day later. And 2nd delivery Birthday cake was at 8pm , their slots 7am to 9pm is a joke, who celebrates birthday after 8pm or wait till the cake is delivered between 14hrs.

Pathetic, unprofessional and third rate service, poor quality items and absolutely no remorse!

Ordered a Butterscotch Cake and a Bouquet fir my Son and dil on their Wedding anniversary. The Cake was delivered at 11 am, minus any message card or sender details. The Bouquet was delivered at 9 pm in the night after i abused FNP and demanded a refund. Both the Cake and the Bouquet looked nothing like what I had seen on the FNP Website. FNP are absolute cheats, frauds and a Company never to do business with!

FNP failed to deliver and no refund was given

FNP completely failed to deliver my order on the requested date. To make matters worse, they claimed the order was "returned" as an excuse for their own logistics failure. Now, they are refusing to issue a refund for a service they never provided. This is unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. If you are looking for a reliable gift service for a special occasion, look elsewhere. FNP will take your money and leave you empty-handed. It’s been 6 days , no response from customer support or refund . Never ever order anything from this pathetic company.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Do not ruin your special day trusting this pathetic company. They ruined my mom’s 60th birthday by not delivering the order at all, forget about delivering in the allotted time.

Do not order from FNP. Poor quality.

The orchid flowers delivered are not fresh and it becomes stale on 1 day. This has happened on the past 3 occasions.

Beware Unethical Business Practices

Beware - We ordered Serene Sweetness-Parent bouquet premium bouquet - 107.07 dollars purchase cost (83.87 +hand delivery charges 23.20 ).order #69631331 The flowers did not look anything like the pics on their website- The total flowers were just 6 in number- With the worst quality. Shared a pic of the flowers with their customer service.
I asked for the local USA florist information as I wanted to take up with them as to why the flowers are so pathetic.They refused to divulge that information. As an apology -They offered a 20% discount on my NEXT order - Like as if we would ever consider to order from them ever again.

I placed the order around 5 pm, But you guys promised me to deliver the cake and the plant in window of 5-9 pm where as you didn't complete my order and also at 10 pm I am calling you to confirm the status of my order, You guys are very unprofessional, you didn't felt the need of telling the sender about order status. Worst service and never deliver on time

This happened to me 4th time cake not delivered on the day promised. This time I paid on 24 and website pick the date 26 Jan cake would be deliver on birthday . Next day got apology email sorry can’t be delivered before 28 and then promised to delivered after 4 days. After waiting for cake for 4 days she the birthday is already gone and no point of sending cake, Today I got msg that delivery attempted but unsuccessful. How the shit you deliver flower 4 days before and now cake delivery attempted not successful. Worst service I have ever received. No refund and no compensation. NEVER USE FERNS & PETALS.
