Wish I came across these reviews earlier. They false advertise, send you broken items, and then make you pay a huge amoutn to ship it back making it not worth it. This is a scam company. Trust these negative reviews. I predict a lot more coming.

In mid November I ordered a spinner for a holiday gift. It never came and I forgot all about it. Like manna from heaven, it miraculously showed up in mid January. I went to visit my daughter mid March and opened the package to bring it to her. The spinner was awesome and we had such a great time with it that I ordered a few for ourselves. After 3 weeks I emailed the company for a status update and received a somewhat funny email that said, “It will ship when it ships and if you ask again it will further delay your delivery.” I knew what I was getting into and expect a miracle delivery some time in May. It’s almost laughable. But the spinner was awesome.

I ordered 2 items in Nov. but haven't received my order yet! Tracking came to standstill on Dec. 29. No matter how many times I inquired about the status I always got the same answer: it's on its way. So a couple of weeks ago, after reading these reviews here and on other sites I contacted my Visa cc company saying I was scammed. They refunded my money, $106, to my account. I do wonder if some day the order will show up but I have zero confidence that will happen.

DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT The items that you receive do not work as advertised. Look at their return policy. It is only 7 days. They obviously do not stand behind their product. They don't even let you comment on their Facebook Page or let anyone leave reviews.

Ordered in November for Christmas and didn’t receive until Dec 30th, they have been unresponsive to return requests for over 3 weeks. Products are not the quality advertised. I want my money back

Like other reviewers the items I purchased in early December 2025 as Christmas gifts arrived in January 2026. Then when I tried to return the items I received an email saying please send your items to a certain address in Italy at my own cost. I had seen previously that returns were at my own cost but absolutely nowhere did the website say it was a return back to Italy. Huge scam.

Don't fall for the eye-catching website. Very disappointing product. Spins for only a few seconds and needs to be manually spun again. Seems cheaply made. LONG delivery times.

I can't speak for the quality of the pieces, I ordered 2, because i haven't received anything yet. These were Christmas presents ordered in November, it is January 14th now...tracking hasn't shown movement since december 25th. If this is a real company, they have messed up pretty bad...I'm trying to be fair and not report them and get my money back through my bank...But I'm tired of waiting.

They get one star, but they deserve only a half a star. I ordered the items and they did arrive, but they arrived after Christmas for which they were gifts.

Like so many other people who have reviewed this company, I tried to cancel the order and was told that I was only able to cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. After I finally received them, I requested instructions on how to return them, and it took four days to get a response and, I have to send them back to Italy. The cost to ship them back is nearly the cost of the items! I guess I will just dispose of them here instead of shipping them back to what I am sure is a bogus address.

The item themselves are very poor quality. They are a dull metallic finish, and they do not move as in the promotional video. They arrived jammed into a small semi padded envelope. How they were not broken is amazing.

So beware, this company definitely is a scammer. Save your money and buy through Amazon.

This website looks very high quality and has snazzy advertising, but I would recommend avoiding them completely.

I foolishly ordered two items from Focal Design on 30th November hoping they would arrive for Christmas. I heard nothing until I chased on 15th December to be told they were waiting for packaging to arrive. The items were eventually dispatched (from China!) but didn’t arrive before Christmas.

I asked to cancel the order and was told they don’t permit cancellation but I could return the item within 14 days after receipt. A review of their policy shows that they expect you to return the item at your own expense to Italy!

I still don’t have the items, which have disappeared somewhere. I’ve asked the company to cancel multiple times and they keep saying I’m not allowed to (who cares about consumer statutory rights anyway?). They then doubled down and said they were chasing the courier to make sure it gets delivered, when I’ve clearly and repeatedly said I don’t want it now.

Frustratingly I have since done more research and it appears these items (either identical or similar) are available on places like Temu and Amazon and are being drop shipped. Focal Design claim theirs are better quality, but I’ve never received them so can’t comment!

In my honest belief this company is not compliant with consumer law, certainly not in the UK. They have no geographical location on their website, they did not dispatch within their stated timeframe, and they have refused my statutory consumer rights.

I have had to resort to asking my credit card company to charge the payment back. Frankly I should have known better.

The website and the products advertised look good and standard shipping seems reasonable. I even paid for the shipping guarantee as it was a Xmas present. Don’t be fooled!
I ordered an item on the 8th of December and i still have not received it.
Standard shipping means nothing, but i feel that it is misleading as it gives the impression that the order will arrive within reasonable timeframe, i.e a week or so.
I written to the company but i received no response. We will see if the item ever arrives. I noted on their website that would i want to return the item (if nothing wrong with it) I will have to pay but you cannot return any items without emailing the company first and agreeing the return and refund. So I am waiting for their reply and the item to arrive as cancellation of order is within 30 minutes placing the order. 🤣 So the customer has no chance to get the item they need or cancel the order due to poor service.Shockingly bad customer service and experience overall.

I ordered $150 worth of product on November 28th as Christmas gifts. As of January 7th, the items have still not arrived. I sent 2 emails to the company, almost two weeks apart and received no response, except for an automated email. When ai took to Facebook and Instagram to complain, they blocked me on Instagram. This is a total scam.

It took over a month for the items to arrive, but they did arrive and they were all very well made. Only one has a bit of a wobble which makes it not keep moving. But the rest are beautiful and came in nice pleather cases. The reason I give a 3 is because the customer service never responded to my inquiries and it took over 4 weeks to arrive. If you had a lot of time to wait the products are really nice.

After 2 months (and thinking it was never gonna show up) my order FINALLY arrived however 1 of the items arrived damaged and has 3 broken parts. I attempted to reassemble and see if it could be fixed and it was unsalvageable and kept falling apart and not working. I contacted customer service regarding the item arriving broken and not working and it has been over a week and they have completely ignored my messages and been unresponsive. Do not buy from this company.

Product looked good on website but 2 weeks after ordering the product had not left China. Reached out and then it started to move. They used a freight company to move it from China to the US and then turn over to USPS. Halfway through the USPS system the product was seized due to counterfeit postage.

Alberto from their customer service kept telling to wait until it arrives, then I can apply for a refund. I ended up filling a fraud claim with my credit card company and the next day Alberto emailed me asking me to reverse the claim because the product was still in route. 1 month after USPS seized the package, they claim it is still in route. No way am I backing off the fraud claim.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Ordered on November 24th, it is now January 3rd and I have not received. The company's website tells you that they cannot track packages. They have blocked me in Instagram and Facebook rather than reaching out to me. Will be disputing with my CC company. Do not order this is a complete scam.

I ordered this item on Dec. 7. It is now Jan. 3 with no delivery date in sight. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

Ordered on 11/17/25 and still don't have them. Vague responses from Customer Service, and after reading previous posts, it is likely I got scammed as well.

The ads looked like just what I wanted, smoothly operating perpetual motion desktop pieces for adults. The first problem was in shipping........it took forever and customer service is not good about feedback to specific inquiries. As I was filing a dispute with the credit card company, they finally arrived after well over 4 weeks. They are not as pictured. The movement lasts a much shorter time than even a child's toy, nothing relaxing [as advertised] at all, just annoying. They were expensive; the ads are deceptive; I got taken big time. Sending them back is out of the question because of return shipping overseas. Do not be taken in by a sophisticated marketing ploy. I don't know if it's technically a scam because they did arrive, but they are not as represented at all. DO NOT BUY.
