thanks for customer service assistance

I recently sent in two emails, one with a question about an order and another with a concern about how FedEx left a package in my driveway on a small pile of snow rather than on my clear porch immediately adjacent to the driveway spot. Needed assistance splitting my order so that the items in stock were not held up from shipping due to a few items that were pre ordered. Nikki was super helpful in getting those items separated and getting my in stock items sent out to arrive before the Super Bowl.

Lfc 3d small crest

Our daughter has the Lfc 3d small crest, it fad a fall and we were unable to locate the instructions. After emailing FOCO and true to their word they replied promptly and we're able to forward the building instructions. We are so grateful.

WE ORDERED A SNOOPY BOBBLEHEAD. IT ARRIVED IN AN EXTREMELY WELL PACKED BOX AND THE BOBBLEHEAD WAS WELL PACKED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE BOBBLHEAD WAS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

WHEN I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY, THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT A REPLACEMENT BOBBLEHEAD.

Terrible “Company”

So right around December 22/23 I ordered a Buffalo Bills women’s Sherpa one piece Pajama set for my wife for one more “ last minute gifts”. The “order” arrived about 8 days later and actually turned out to be a totally different item all together, it was a Buffalo Bills helmet Lego/puzzle which was much cheaper than the pajamas that I paid for. I had no choice but to email this company because they have ZERO phone support. A few days later they replied saying they will ship the original item out with 2 day shipping right away. It is now January 15 and nothing from them, no more email responses or anything. I even threatened to turn them into the Attorney General’s office and the BBB and still no response. Terrible “ company “. Probably some scammer operating out of his mother’s basement!

Customer service top notch

I’ve had a few issues with the package coming in broken, but their customer service is top notch and has made the experience absolutely amazing. No hesitation, sent me another one and got it done and I don’t have to wait long for a reply from them. I’ll absolutely be buying from this company again.
