Great Service. Easy to work with. Will be using again.

Following a request from the LA, Focus360 Energy responded extremely quickly to my urgent need to update an Energy Report they had produced last year. Will Higgins was on the end of the phone when I called for help, and he responded straightaway.
Alex Cotterill produced the revised Report in a few days, complete with a detailed explanation in an email. Excellent.

Thevteam at 360 really came though for me, producing a report that exceeded my expectations. After initial miscommunication, their interactions were first class. Thanks again.

We paid over £300.00 for an SAP service and more than 4 weeks later we have received nothing. I've sent numerous emails chasing for information and still no response or acknowledgement. Very unprofessional, bordering on scammers in their operations

You did pretty well! I needed a SAP report fast after being badly let down. Will in sales was supportive and responsive. Alex did a great job despite being on a course, and the whole thing was turned round quickly. There was a technical glitch, but that was fixed within the original target timescale.

We required to provide a SAP assessment to support building control condition in support of an overglazing concern for an extension.Will at Focus 360 energy was very helpful in explaining what he could provide from the company he was pro active in chasing up the progress.
A SAP assessment was provided within about a week from receipt of info.
It was produced with no additional requirements for us.
Building control have confirmed this assessment clears the condition.

As a total novice in all this they have been very professional and kept me right up to speed with proceedings communication has been great and everyone was were they were meant to be on time, nothing to compare with but to me a good helpful company that does exactly what it says no fuss cheers
