This I bought for a family member, unfortunately I cannot try it as I am sensitive to some ingredients. But I am assured it is really good. It is a tad expensive but you do get what for, to my knowledge there isn’t anything quite like it in supermarkets etc..... perhaps in health food shops.....? It is quality and they are large packets, if you mix with fruit nuts or seeds you can make go further without using too much powder/ mix! Overall v pleased as this is a great breakfast alternative for someone who doesn’t really like to eat anything in the morning! Great 👍

I liked the blueberry one but I believe the cost is too high so won’t re order if lower cost I would

Fast delivery and great customer service. The flavours are good and my son really loves the breakfast smoothies too, my only issue is that I always still get powdery, undissolved chunks no matter how well I shake. Some flavours are better or worse than others for this.

Ordering was easy and delivery quick. I've not worked through all the flavours yet, but I've not come across one I don't like!

After going through major bowel surgery last year I struggled to eat anything let alone a balanced diet. The Hospital gave me some protein drinks which were not very nice so I decided to see what I could find online, that’s when I came across FOGA. I started with choosing a mix of Plantshakes and loved the variety as well as finding them very tolerable. Since then I haven’t looked back, I continue to buy Plantshake’s and have also tried other products such as the essentials and oat shakes. I would not hesitate recommending FOGA.

I’ve bought from products Foga before and wasn’t disappointed so I decided to try their breakfast oat shakes this time to make my mornings more convenient when I’m on the go and they’re perfect! Still tasty (I’m currently on the raspberry and strawberry pouch) and makes me feel like I’m giving my body a healthy start 😊

Foga has become a staple for me. Their essentials beauty is amazing on my granola. Smoothie flavours are great and so easy to fit into the day. I've really noticed an improvement in my energy levels and my skin since regularly having it

The service was fantastic just the taste of the smoothies not for me. I've still a few to try and hope there will be a few that suit my palate.

Some good products but let down by very poor customer service. No confirmation emails when I've ordered something on the website. No response to emails asking where my order is. Failure to actually refund an order even though I was told that this had been done (when I finally managed to track them down via Facebook). Won't be buying from them again.

Love these shakes and the flavours. Really easy to transport and use.

I'm really pleased to have found this product. I prefer the drinks that go with water rather than milk but they are all delicious and so easy to make.
I mix the 'Beauty' powder in with some overnight oats, and along with one of the FOGA shakes, makes for a perfect breakfast that sees me through to lunchtime.
Delivery has been very quick and the products are packaged well.
I also love how you can return the sachets for recycling!
