I ordered 3 of the refill cartridges..

I ordered 3 of the refill cartridges... I only received 2 in the mail. I paid for all 3. When I contacted them they continued to tell me that I received them. I know what I received and I only received 2 but yet paid for 3. They offered no refund, no replacement - they just took my money for the 3rd one. I feel they were pretty much saying I was a liar. I won't order from them anymore. The date I entered as the date of experience is just a rough estimate. After the 3rd or 4th email they stopped responding.
