I've used Fogpod everywhere for many many years, its even my legal name. Then this company starts up and dms me very unprofessionally and say they want my name on social media, I said no and they threw a tantrum. Whatever, but now I'm quite annoyed that this company shows up when you search for MY name. It makes it really hard for me as a creator to spread my content when a random company trademarks my name and then cover every search result with their dropshipped products. Also the fake reviews are quite obvious, you failed there.

I ordered and paid for a Fogpod Pro Max in February this year (10 months ago) for postage to New Zealand. They didn't have it in stock immediately but when it was ready to disptach they discovered that the amount they had charged for freight was wrong and they needed to charge an additional amount. They offered a refund or for me to pay the additional. I said that was fine just charge to the original credit card. Fogpod said they couldn't do that (although they could refund to the card) and could I pay by Paypal (which I don't have) or T.T. which I was reluctant to do as bank charges would add 30% to the freight. It was resolved that they would send another invoice including freight and I could pay that by card. They would refund the original payment. Through all this I was dealing with Sarah the GM . Well the new invoice never arrived and 3 months after my order/payment I received an email from another staff member Jack who said they were currently out of stock but they would dispatch within 7 days. 5 months on from that email from Jack nothing has happened. I have been patient and sent an polite email every six/eight weeks or so inquiring as to likely delivery time. Neither Sarah or Jack bother replying. The last reponse from them was on 23 June. I have tried ringing their 800 number which never has staff available to speak to. I have left two messages asking for a call but no response. So they have basically stolen my money.

We purchased several of the units and shortly afterwards had to return two of them as they failed to work/ switch on. Initially the customer service was good and these were replaced; we then ordered more including the electrostatic one. All of them thereafter failed with either leaks or not switching on. We returned all of the items on the basis that we required a full refund as they were clearly not fit for purpose. We were contacted to say that as they had leaked in the return package, they couldn't be inspected and therefore the return was invalid...So the products that leaked and were returned as faulty, leaking items were found to, err leak.. genius!
The electrostatic fogger was also returned as it doesn't actually "wrap" -proved by slo-mo video and ATP testing.
At time of writing this cautionary review we had informed FogPod that we will be seeking a full refund which had received no response for over two weeks. We followed up our initial email with a request for a response and confirmation that we will place this in the hands of our company solicitors. There response.. THEY will place the issues in the hands of their solicitors and that should clarify their position..(not really).
So the upshot is;
1. Initially a good product and purchased under the Zoono "approval" marketing push which very quickly became unfit for purpose and now has deteriorated into us needing to use legal redress to get our substantial outlay back.
2. Our experience has been, avoid at all costs. We have found an alternative product that is half the price and does exactly what it should do. i.e. work.
3. We are currently waiting for their solicitors to contact us, which in the interim has left us out of pocket, frustrated that what should be a good product is sub standard as well as with the attitude and communication received from them.
Our current advise is AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE (which fortunately isn't around as I don't fancy trying to combat it with their products.

Very useful at this time of pandemic. Easy to use.

Brilliant piece of kit. So easy to sanitise everything that comes to your door. Post, food deliveries parcels etc. Just a moment to spray everything giving confidence that they are clean and safe to handle.

Thus product is great overall and seems to work well. My fog pod doesn't work with the retro solutions and is a bit on and off but with the 24 hr solution it works really well and is a great product to sanitise your hands or other objects on the go. It's great for sanitising seats, arm reasts, masks and hands quickly and with minimal effort. I really like this product and it works well. I've also purchased the fog pod for Dogs and am thinking of the pro version for the car also. I think this is great and would recommend it to anyone.

Second fog pod broke down on second use. Love the concept of the device just a shame they don’t work first one never worked and second o W worked first time after they sent a replacement free of charge. Customer service so far is good as the did respond to first issue, awaiting second response to broken replacement. They do leak as well the second one is as leaky as the first one, I suppose there ok for desk top use and don’t put in your bag. Not worth the £24 spent have requested a refund as won’t trust a third one to work

Very easy to use product. Excellent customer service. Replied to all email inquiries by return. Had problem with fogpod which was replaced immediately after photo of faulty part sent, also sent extra sanitiser solution which was unexpected but appreciated. I have no problem recommending this company

Absolutely appalled by the quality of product, level of customer service and rudeness in dealing with my problem. Fogpod motion was delivered in a tatty used box, clearly being a returned/used item.
Also neither of the mini units (baby bundle, starter pack) have any instructions or 30ml sanitising solution. Plus they are full of dust!!
I paid for brand new goods not used items with missing bits. This was reported on 26th and Sarah the so called GM of the firm wasted time going back and forth about provide us more details and then after suggesting they will replace items in question, she was very blunt and rude in last email asking me to return all items and get refund. Totally unacceptable they throw some used mess my way and instead of making any attempt to acknowledge their poor quality & service, they then expect customer to be out of pocket in returning these goods.

Absolute waste of my time and they are misleading people on what they provide while using Zoono brand name to gain sales in the country.

I'm having to claim via paypal now.

My advice, stay well clear of fogpod/fogdoctor!!!

Why would you need to send me extra liquid if there was nothing to 'cover up'? I have the right to complain if I did not get items as advertised, calling it abusive is a rather lame attempt to sidetrack from the original issue. Additionally I've noticed there are multiple people reporting of leaks within days so clearly there are more underlying basic issues with your products on top of your appalling customer service.

It leaks. Even if it’s kept upright. A complete waste of money.

Arrived in time, as stated. Brilliant little device. Easy to fill and use. Makes sanitising multi touch areas much easier. Like that it’s rechargeable. 👍

Buying from Fog Pod was a really goo experience. Possibly due to the numbers taking up the offer for a discount , I didn’t get the discount applied. Only took one email to the company to point this out, and it was immediately corrected. Very impressed by their customer service and prompt delivery.
