Foley used to be one of the best consortium company, but not any more I have being selected for a random every month this is absurd, they make me feel like I am on prohibition this is not fair and waste of time. I was advertising Foley to everyone I know and two of my friends companies already signed up with Foley for years because of me, but now we are all agreed to move to a different consortium company that allow us random selection every quarter not monthly. By the way Foley customer service representatives are very professionals and always nice!.

The presentation was clear and understandable.I look forward to hearing more in the future.

Foleys staff is always there to answer any questions. They take the time to make you sure you have all your questions answered to your satisfaction. They don't make you feel rushed. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

DOT compliance should include IFTA and IRP registration services.

Excellent service! All my questions answered and even some I didn’t know I wanted to ask.

The staff was very informative and helpful on laying out each step and what was required of me and what they would be handling. Each time I called in with a question they were so kind to speak with and reassuring. I would highly recommend Foley to anyone, it helps take the guess work out of what is being done and gives you the confidence that it is being doing properly!

We appreciate Foley keeping us on track with the continual change in regulations. Way to much paperwork to stay on top of!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOREVER! MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT TO DO! INVOICES ARE ALWAYS SCREWED UP, TOOK A WEEK TO GET MY CLEARING HOUSE QUIRIE PULLED, THEY ARE OVER PRICED WITH DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM, AND DRIVER FILES! A MANAGER IS NEVER AROUND AND WILL NEVER CALL BACK SO I CAME HERE TO MAKE MY COMPLAINT! 2022 I WILL BE WITH OOIDA THEY HAVE BETTER PRICES AND SOMEONE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU AND THEY ANSWER THE PHONE PROMPTLY AND THEIR “ON HOLD SONG” 🎵 IS NOT CHILDISH! Foley has been great help for me and my small company. Always have great when needed through emails or phone contact.

The customer service reps were helpful. Getting to the templates is not easy for an administrator. I wish there were more tutorials online. I have no idea what each of these reports are for or what they mean.

I want to thank! MARCIA MAY & MARSHA MACK for going above an beyond helping me figure out how to complete my application that was driving me crazy an on top of that letting me know that I didn’t complete something regarding my portal an staying on the phone walking me threw the process when I had previously talk to other representatives that didn’t even mention that I didn’t finish part of my requirements.
