All the good reviews HAVE TO BE LIES! I signed up for this service truly hoping they would handle my consortium needs. They over charged me initially, finally got that refunded. Then literally they DID NOTHING. Charged me $800. I ended up doing my own pre emp screening, MVR etc. I literally got NOTHING for this money. So here I am RIGHT NOW on hold trying to cancel my account. I have spoken to FOUR reps, all who keep transferring me and tossing me around. Been on hold for over an hour. Foley- if you think I’m just gonna get tired of listening to this ANNOYING hold music and won’t follow this through and cancel, you’re DEAD WRONG. I will get this account canceled and refunded if it’s the last thing I do!!
