Sofa Feet Replacement (Delivery Damage)

We got delivered one of the most beautiful sofas from their supplier in Italy during January. However, there was damage and scratches on one of the smaller sofas feets upon delivery. Despite several discussions and reminders for replacement feets we still have not received replacement feets since 11 months! The customer service is really bad at keeping you updated and we had to constantly reminded them. This is one of the worst after sales experience that we have encountered with a furniture store and therefore we would not recommend folkhemmet.
