I ordered a hoodie, great. I didn’t have any confirmation about the order. The hoodie arrived and it’s a good product, but it is to small. I have sent numerous emails to you to exchange for a bigger size but I have heard nothing back from you. Now I’m stuck with a hoodie that I can’t wear.

I never got my replacement order or a refund

I’m in UK, ordered over $200.00 to get free shipping, big mistake. Expect to pay customs charges of £90.00 if you order from here. Messaged customer service to see if they can help, had to chase as no reply for 3 days. They only said I can not pay and the items would be returned and refund issued less the shipping cost that was supposed to be free…

Absolutely trash company. DO NOT EVEN ORDER FROM THEM.

Took a month to ship out my order, claimed that order has been shipped and delivered but i've never received it. Refused to refund and ghosted me.

Amazing product so cozy warm and very comfortable

Started it comfortable but shoulders have a weird nipple on them that will not go away even with washing. And when I did wash it, it shrunk up even though I used cold water and hung too dry definitely over charging for the fit and maybe just not developed quite right. Shrunk again after another wash in appropriate temp water. DO NOT BUY

No order sent despite repeatedly emailing company. Given tracking number that has not been activated.

Through no fault of my own, I have not received my order which was placed in May of 2025. It is now November 2025, and I am still waiting. I have been in contact with the company numerous times to no avail. Their plushies are cute; but I wouldn't risk throwing money out the door.

Haven’t received any email confirmation since my purchase and instead got this Trust pilot review. I haven’t been able to reach anyone via customer service about my orders but reaching out seems best via Instagram. There’s nothing to review as I don’t have the products ordered. I am “currently” giving it a 1 star rating until I either receive the products and actually have something to review so I can change the star rating. I only ordered items that were “in stock” so delays should be minimal in my opinion. Still looking forward to my sweaters and hopefully they arrive before winter ends lol.

This company is a SCAM. I’ve been back and forth with them about my order for over 4 months. They are unresponsive, uncaring and unprofessional.
Their tactic seems to be to wear out the customer by ignoring them or using delay tactics hoping the customer will stop following up and quietly accept they paid money but got nothing.
Avoid this company for your own mental health. You can only communicate via email so they can easily ignore you. If they do reply it’s always with an excuse as to why your order isn’t processed. Then they try to charge you additional shipping fees. You cannot speak to a human or escalate your complaint.

Like many people commenting here. I wish I had checked. I normally do when ordering from FB. But the site seemed so legitimate… it is a complete scam. I have been waiting for over a month and no one is responding to my messages. Please don’t bother if you are reading this. Please

Very disappointed after following washing instructions explicitly my long pants are now pedal pushers! What should have been very warm has my ankles flapping in the wind.

The product took over 2 weeks to be delivered, the size didn't match the size guide, when trying to return it for an exchange it proved impossible to get a sensible response from the company, the only place to have any reply was a chat box which had to be kept open all the time i.e. for a week at a time. Still no reply and not able to get a replacement.

Love my little Highland Cow ,Harry. I have been to Scotland and it is a beautiful country. We must protect the wildlife everywhere. Love you products for all ages..

The illegally kept my credit card on file despite telling their system not to save my credit card information and 6 months after my purchase they fraudulently charged me for some magazine subscription that I never ordered.

Cheap tat sold at premium prices.

Please read and listen to all the negative reviews posted. I wish I had seen them before engaging with this company. EVERYTHING on sale is a final sale, but to find that out you have to read the entire exchange and return page. It is at the bottom. A reputable company would indicate "final sale" clearly with item listing not bury it. The sizing is way off and there is only 20% ALPACA mixed in with other fibers. An Old Navy sweatshirt looks better, is constructed better and is way less expensive than this. They want you to exchange so the exchange can be lost along the way as other reviews have stated. I told them that I would rather donate the item to someone in need than to attempt an exchange with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It been over two weeks since my credit card was billed but no order so far. I hope this isn’t another FB scam. I will gladly update this review if you can prove me wrong.

My son was very pleased with the weight, softness and color of the short sleeve sweatshirt I bought him. His brothers made great comments as well.
