I received a XXL Hoodie Medium weight. I ordered it because it was Alpaca. I understood it also had a couple other fabrics. I paid the premium price. My expectations were high. At first the fit - did not fit. The bottom is real tight it felt like it was an XL - hard-ish to get on there is no flex. When I got it on the body and the arms are almost too big - it felt like a XXXL. Which I can live with but is less then comfortable. When I put the Hood up it turned out to be over large and did not have a tie to pull it closer to the face and limited vision. I wore it for about two hours but just didn't like the way it felt. I want to return it but I can not find a way to contact you
Your advertising essentially says it is wonderful - it is not. If I can not return it I will have to modify the bottom which I should not have to do on such an expensive garment. I have been wearing Hoodies for many years - still have several so it is not a new experience. I am stating it here because there is no easy way to contact you. I received a message that it was delivered but no delivery was ever made.

Not what i had hoped.
Only 20% Alpaca wool.

Product as advertised, nice weight and fit. I ordered another in a different color.

Staaaawwwwwp. It’s so awesome. So soft. So warm. I love the navy blue. It looks so good on. I’m in complete love.

The item page said the item is returnable. The hoodie was not the quality or fit that I expected and when I tried to return it the merchant pointed me to a separate section of their website that said all sale items are final… even though virtually all items are “on sale”. Absolutely NOT the kind of quality you’d expect from a $120 hoodie.

I just received my hoodie, love the product great quality, however I which I did not follow the recommendation on the website to go one size up from my usual size, so got a size large instead of my usual medium, what can I say this think is huge and I feel way to big for me . Such a shame as I say I love the product otherwise.

The sweatshirts are nice ordered up a size as per recommendations and it’s still snug my regular size is a small-med I ordered the large and xl for my son which probably won’t fit. They sent the wrong colour shirt and the wrong size bracelet I ordered a small received a med. Really wanted to love this product but not overly impressed at the moment. Also the response time is not good. Hopefully this issue can be rectified.
Update Nov 13 had mutiple conversations via email keep telling me they were going to send me my new order as it was there error every time they said they will ship it out kept asking for a tracking or order number they kept making excuses about why they haven’t provided me with one latest was that they were busy with Christmas orders…meanwhile my original order was placed back at the back on October 19th so discussions have been since then. I am now taking action with my Visa to deal with this issue.
Soo my experience is DON’T BUY ANYTHING from this company there are dishonest ! I have never had such bad customer service in my life so if I could give it a 0 review I would

Over selling items and over promising. Will not provide purchase items in a timely fashion and will say sorry we are backed up when in reality they have poor management and not doing the best they could. Poor service, expensive. At least provide a service to match your prices

I was not happy with the size. I ordered a womens size small hoodie sweat shirt and it is huge. It would fit a medium size man. I also am disapointed to see that the products are made in China

I got subscription for the magazine .
I never get it and they charged me $30 two times .I am trying to cancel the subscription and is not way to do it . I was looking on their website, I sent a email. No response.

Nice, warm en cozy hoody and joggers. It feels very nice and soft on the inside. Suggestion: try and make the outside also natural. That would be fantastic and I will give you 5 stars!!

2 weeks no news, no tracking number...i just hope all of this is not a fraud..

The heavy t-shirts were actually not heavy t-shirt but short sleeved pull over weight. Not what I expected at all

Been over a week still have not received my order . When I try to track it gives no info. This fells like a scam.
