Bought some items for the family and it arrived on time and were perfect. Purchased them from Temu using a voucher so got even more of a bargain! What a great seller

I bought two phones from you via Debenhams.I received one phone only.Ive sent numerous messages to Debenhams which have been forwarded to you but I’m still getting nowhere.The order was placed on 25/09/2025.Ive lost £80 and have nothing to show for it

I bought an iphone off thid seller on temu, it came and had clear glue marks around the screen, and my son pointed out to me i paid almost double the going rate. I started a return and sent it back using evri, the parcel was mislabled as the barcode was unreadable, and evri, who i spoke on the phone to, explained that it may have been labled on the wrong parcel and to check in the store, i did and retreived it, opened a new return, which the seller accepted, and it arrived with them 2 days later. The seller then started threatening me, refusing to process the return, and blatantly scamming me. He claimed i mislabled the first parcel on purpose and threatened me numerous times. Avoid this seller like the plague, never in my 52 years have i been treated like this
