Second time I have used Fonebank - disappointed
Second time I have used Fonebank. Delay in getting payment as told phone and tablet had not arrived but I had tracking on it so could trace it to being delivered to the local post office. No one from Fonebank had picked it up. Phoned and emailed lots to try and solve it. Had a call from Fonebank eventually to say had my phone been working when it was sent as it wasnt working. The ref they gave me did not relate to my brand or model nor did it inlcude the second item. Turns out they had the wrong phone. Had another message that all soreted and payment wouldbe made and it was. Great cause but poor execution.

Overall a good service and they offered…
Overall a good service and they offered the v st price for the phone I had to sell.
There was a small delay in processing, but once I contacted them it was followed up and resolved the sam day which one as a good outcome.
Payment was made via cheque which obviously slows down the clearance of funds... In this day and age an EFT transfer would obviously be preferable but overall it was a good experience I had with Fonebank.

Hi Bo, In fact the processing of your phone was completed on 27 March and a cheque despatched the same day. The only thing we can think of that led to your expectations not being met is that you were expecting payment by bank transfer and that did not happen. We apologise if this was our error.
