Went into the Caldicot store to ask about a replacement Nokia phone for my husband. Gentleman in there was so helpful and my husband has now got a phone that he can use and if we have any problems have been told to come back and he will give us more help. Very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure selling. Will definitely be going back when I have to replace my phone.

I went into Bridgend FoneSolutions with a new phone that wasn't what I thought it was and could not have my data downloaded. He showed me that it wasn't what I thought I had bought (on line through Wowcher) because I had, I thought, a cracked screen. Instead of trying to sell me a phone, he explained that what I thought was a cracked screen on my present phone was actually a cracked protector, fitted a new one, found me a coloured case that has a ring to stand the phone up and fitted that, and I now almost feel as if I have a new phone anyway. Now the challenge of getting my money back for the mis sold item. I will certainly go there again

Excellent customer services! iPhone completely smashed having dropped it in the road and had numerous cars drive over it. The tech team here replaced the screen in under an hour and iPhone fixed.
Better still, when it developed a glitch at a later stage, they replaced the screen a second time at no charge. Really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much. One happy customer.

I needed to check whether an old phone of mine was locked to a previous provider. The young man in the Bridgend shop was very polite and helpful and checked this for me free of charge. I was impressed by the level of service.

I have used FoneSolutions, Ross on Wye twice. The first time they repaired an iPad that had been previously repaired with a new touch screen. Fonesolutions were not only quicker but they were cheaper. The staff are very helpful and charming. More particularly, their repair has lasted is is working perfectly.
Today, 25/03/‘22, I took another iPad to them that had ‘frozen’ with very confusing messages when trying to open tabs. The settings could not be accessed. A charming assistant solved the problem very quickly and did not charge for his service.
I will not go anywhere else in future because their service is excellent.

I've used FoneSolutions several times but I won't be going there again. In the past they seemed to do the job quickly and efficiently even if they weren't the friendliest bunch. I didn't quibble about the price - they seemed reasonable and got the job done.

The last time I went to get an iPhone screen replaced I wasn't happy with the job. The home button seemed displaced and it felt like the phone had been put back together incorrectly. After a fair amount of head-scratching I left it with them again and when I came back to collect the phone it all seemed ok. However things started to go wrong with the phone.

The ear-sensor that turns the display off when on a call began to fail. The screen made a little creaking noise and there was slight movement in the display if you pushed in at all. The charger port became unreliable. Little things which I only noticed over time, but seemed to get worse.

One day I dropped the phone - just a tiny distance - and the screen shattered and took the LCD panel with it in one corner.

After the previous experience I decided to take my iPhone elsewhere and was shocked to be told by the new repairer that whoever repaired it previously - Fonesolutions in Bath - had left out several parts of my phone when putting it back together. A small plastic grommit which held the ear sensor in place - the reason it was failing; a small metal plate at the foot of the phone which holds the charging port and LCD in firmly - hence the unreliability of the port and the ease with which the LCD broke this time; and no less than FIVE screws - all missing from inside my phone.

My new repairer replaced the parts and did a proper repair job - everything works and there is no movement anywhere. My phone feels solid - like an iPhone again. The whole job was quite a bit less money than Fonesolutions had charged in the first place.

I would not advise anybody to use Fonesolutions.
