I was sold a charger for my new phone as the salesman said I NEEDED IT and guess what the old charger I HAD WORKED FINE. I went back to the metro centre shop to get a refund and they said they couldn't refund there and told me to get a refund through an email that is on the receipt. This I did twice and got no reply. So here is my review £28 down. I put a review on the phonextras facebook page but it mysteriously disappeared??
Had my phone screen replaced (MetroCentre) and they damaged the camera which means I can’t use either front or back camera. Went back a week later with the 3 month warranty and said it wasn’t their problem or fault. Disgusting customer service with utterly amateur technical skills.
