I’m a Canadian studying in Ireland and when my iPad had display issues Fónfix was brilliant! Adam Morton was exceptional, he outlined the repair process and provided updates. The repair was expeditious, and extremely simple on my end. I could not recommend Fónfix or Adam more.

I recently had my phone repaired in the Grafton Street shop.
The turnaround time, efficiency and ease of process was fantastic.
It was ready within 3 hours of dropping it in.
My device is as good as new if not better.

First of all they are too professional. They are the store they fix any phone for all Ireland.

I ordered a screen and back replacement. The whole process was seamless. Received a call from them after booking an appointment telling me that the courier was on the way.

Received updates throughout the day.

The phone was returned within 7 hours.

I am absolutely recommending everyone to use this company for repairs.

I feel like I have a new phone, will be recommending you guys when someone walks into my work, looking for a fix.

I was in with Adam last week for a new battery, thought I was going to be without a phone for the weekend but he somehow managed to source a battery and get my phone sorted within a few hours. He absolutely bent over backwards to help me and another lady who was there at the time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

Adam at the front desk was a great help showing me the Maintenance Mode of my phone also!

Sent over my Galaxy Z flip 6 for a broken screen and it was sent back to me perfectly fixed the next day 👌 Couldn't be happier with the service.

Alan was extremely helpful from initial interaction all the way through to delivering my phone back to me. He went above and beyond my phone was fixed in a much shorter time than anticipated. I would absolutely recommend fon fix to anyone looking to get their phone repaired. The staff were all extremely helpful in a stressful time when your phone is broken!

Disappointed with the experience

I've been trying to talk to someone all morning as I don't know if I have to collect my order or if they're going to deliver it to me. Comunicación is very poor and not prompt. I need to plan my day around this.

I've used Fónfix twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. Adam at the front desk, in particular, provided wonderful client care.

I had an issue with my phone and I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam . He was so helpful and his people person skills are admirable. I had some difficulty with my phone getting it fixed but Adam assured me that it would be resolved .
