The phone was delivered on schedule. Randomly there was a unknown plug adapter in the packaging, this converted something into UK mains. At this point I was a little worried but from that point on everything was as I expected. The Samsung box was very well protected with bubble wrap, once I had uncovered the box I could see that it was undamaged and the tamper labels were intact. Within the box I found everything you would expect from the factory including the UK 3 Pin mains plug and use charging lead. I would happy recommend this website to anyone looking for a high end handset at a bargain price.

Despite an initial disappointment of not having my preferred colour available (despite the website stating that it is), I was glad that the company was quick to inform me of the solution, and had offered a complimentary screen guard. After that, the product was shipped the next day and arrived within 2 days of delivery. The product arrived in pristine condition, which I used straight away. I'm very pleased with the product, service, delivery, and price.

I am struggling to think of the last time I wrote a review (if ever). I saw the website after searching for an iPad Mini 2 with retina display wifi + cellular. I was suspicious as the products were so cheap in comparison to apple or other websites but after reading some reviews I went ahead with the purchase (on my credit card just incase). The entire process was smooth, I was able to track my order, it arrived 3 days after the order was placed and the product I received is exactly what I asked for. I product is around £200 cheaper than what I was finding elsewhere. Extremely satisfied have recommended to several friends and will shop with Fonis again for future gadgets.

I ordered a HTC One Mini 2. It was supposed to be a SIM free phone. What came through was a phone with the SFR software build (i.e. not truly SIM free). Fonis made me responsible for the return of the phone (I had to pay to return the phone) and 2 weeks on I am still without a phone or a refund of my postage. I do not have any idea of the status.
For these reasons - I wouldn't use again. Avoid.

Recently bought a Huawei G7 from Fonis arrived as expected (15 pounds cheaper than the high end bargain competition with sim free only) very very good phone I would definitely deal with Fonis first . Phone came unlocked The major point about unlocked phones is that they can be used on any network.SIM free phones may still be tied to a particular network possibly the first sim you put into them hijacks your phone to that network.Unlocked means if I go abroard I can put virtually any sim into an unlocked phone. Sim free can cost money to unlock at a later stage.

I was somewhat surprised and worried when I saw that my phone was being shipped from Dubai, though I should not have been in was at my door in working 3 days. Would have given 5 stars though the company didn't have the colour I requested. Having said that it was not a problem they called and offered a different colour and threw in a screen protector for the disruption.

I am glad that I found this website to purchase a Huawei phone. I found the price be reasonable and delivery speedy. (I ordered on Friday, which happened to be their day off the week in Dubai, and got the phone on Wednesday the following week. )

I got exactly what I ordered and it came on time.
It has been noted already but be aware that the phone charger will not necessarily be UK style but it will come with an adaptor.

Initially I was sceptical about my purchase of a new 128gb iPad Air 2 and an Apple Watch. Both would have cost best part of £1,200 in an Apple shop but paid short of £800. Delivery took 5 days including a weekend and the products are totally genuine. The iPad did ship with an international plug but there was a free converter in the package. The watch was a UK plug and no problems. All running fine and now I have back order from all friends and family wanting some of their items. I will be purchasing another iPad for myself, recommended seller, stop dithering and purchase away my friends, purchase away!!!

This is the second phone I have bought from this company. I got my LG G3 for almost half of the UK price. With my Galaxy K Zoom I saved almost £100.00. Both phones turned up within 3 working days of submitting my order. Fonis are a great and ectremely trustworthy company that I have no hesitation in recommending.
