Like others, skeptical at first but phone arrived as described within a couple of days of ordering. Price for the Samsung s5 mini was the cheapest I could find online, still unclear about what if any UK tax was paid, but you could say the same as other online sites including amazon. Would definitely order from fonis again and recommended it to others

As with other reviewers, I was a little worried about using an online cheap site. But I now have my M9+ phone and can confirm that the delivery was on time and the phone is great.

This is the second time I purchased a mobile phone from Fonis and I'm 100% satisfied with their service. The prices are amazingly low and from ordering till receiving the phone, its a smooth and easy transaction. Once I purchased the phone, I immediately received the confirmation email. Then I received another email with dispatch confirmation and tracking number. I could easily track the package till I received it. Well done Fonic, thank you and keep it up.

Ordered S5 Duos on Sunday, delivered from Dubai to Norhants UK on Wednesday.
Slight problem with link to tracking, but queried using their live chat system and was immediately given a new link which showed every stage of phones journey to delivery.
Felt I might be taking a chance ordering from abroad as I needed the phone urgently. Checked reviews which along with the price, and availability of a dual SIM version were deciding factors.

Some of the items I ordered were not in stock and they called to replace them with different colours.

Fonis were sold out of original order, but no issues cancelling and re ordering. Best price I found, and delivery in 3 wk days.

I bought a Lg G4 from Fonis that was £100+ cheaper than UK shops, although I have never purchased from them before.
They performed well beyond my expectations with a superb delivery and service, great website as well. Although the supplied phone charger does not suit us in the U.K. I was aware of this before ordering, they did, however, supply an adapter but it was broken in transit. Not at all bothered by this as at the price I will buy another LG charger.
I do highly recommend this company.

I was a bit nervous buying from Fonis as I had read that their warehouses were in Dubai, which made me wonder about how easily i could contact company in event of a problem. However, the communication from start to finish was perfectly simple and i received ipad approximately 3 working days after placing order.

Much cheaper than UK prices and only took 4 days to arrive - Galaxy S6 Duos - £397. Excellent service - will buy all my phones from Fonis from now on.

I was a little sceptical about the site when I first visited. How wrong I was. Excellent customer service, excellent product and excellent price. Will definitely use the site again. Wish I needed something else!

Ordered my phone (HTC desire 816g) on a Wednesday and received the product Monday, although it was not next day delivery I was happy with the speed, seeing as the phone was arriving from Dubai. The phone came well packaged, brand new. All in all I am happy and would definitely recommend to a friend, even though I was cautious at first using a company not based in the UK.

I ordered my HTC One Mini 2 and the colour wasn't available, so after receiving a nice telephone call I chose another. My new phone arrived safely packaged and is now up and working.
No Problems

I found the Fonis website last week. Checking on the internet, i found that theSamsung S6 was rated best current phone, so I ordered with Fonis. 4 days later, the phone arrived from Dubai. Brand new. Sealed in the box. I had a moment of panic when i heard about fake phones on the market, especially when phone is cheap. But the phone is genuine, and i saved about £200 on regular PAYG price in UK. Thank you Fonis. I will use you again! :-)

I ordered an iPhone on Thursday afternoon and it arrived by courier from Dubai on Monday afternoon. It works perfectly and was £100 less than the lowest priced equivalent in the UK (new and unlocked).

Delighted with the whole process

Im sure lots of people do there homework about the phone they buy so i wony dwell too much on this.. HTC One Mini 2 is a fab little phone with a great camera and a decent battery life.

My concern is that at no point was it made clear one the fonis website that i was buying a non UK phone or that it would be shipped from Dubai. I have a fully unlocked phone with SFR (French mobile provider) branding and apps on it.this should be upfront and clear..

Very easy transaction, delivered earlier than quoted. Remember that you will not get a UK charger (two pin Euro charger supplied) but I have so many anyway it doesn't matter.
