I must admit as some other reviewers have said,that I was nervous about ordering from an overseas online firm that I had never heard of before. But how wrong i was,great communication,delivered in three days and phone brand new,unlocked and far cheaper than anywhere in uk (brilliant).
Will be ordering again in future,highly recommended and no nerves next time !

I ordered my phone on Thursday and it arrived first thing the following Tuesday morning. I could track it all the time and overall I was very impressed with both Fonis and the courier company.

Good customer service - they phoned me immediately because the requested colour was out of stock and dispatched an alternative straight away.

Bought mobile phone from Fonis. Very excited to receive it within 3 working days with tracking reference number. However when problem started with the phone within two weeks of owning it; the help desk was more than unhelpful. What is worse is you have to pay for postage to Dubai and from Dubai to be sent back to you. They do not have a repair centre in UK. If you contact HTC they were happy to repair the "brand new " phone for a fee although it was within one year warranty.
In hindsight I would have rather spent £50 and bought it from a reputable UK dealer (one who is actually based in UK and with repair techinicians in UK) and saved me all that aggro!

Update : I have posted the item by Registered Mail to the Dubai based address given to me and everyday when I am checking the progress for nearly two weeks; I have noted that my parcel has been singled out not to be collected in a vile attempt to force the courier company to send it back to me so that I do not receive a refund.

Word of advice : AVOID AT ALL COST

I was a bit sceptical at first. But it turned out te be a brilliant place to buy stuff from.

Ill be honest with you guys, i thought it was fake! But now i have purchased my samsung galaxy s6, i am more than happy! Great product, 100% real, comes with all serial codes and bar codes. Amazing prices and to be imported from Dubai and delivered in 2 days, i am very happy. Comes with a power adapter so works here in the UK.

And to finish off, i'm not a fake reviewer! Just got out of collage and used my hard worked money to pay for the phone. Totally would buy again and have already recommended the website to my sister who iss planning on buying a phone for herself.

I purchased an Apple MacBook Air, which I love, very very happy with the product, as it is not a standard UK model, even an adapter to use with a UK plug was included in the package. I have been very very happy with the purchase of the product and would wholeheartedly recommend this site to friend family or stranger.

Site well set out with clear, accurate description. Order placed Wed, 3rd June, delivered Mon, 8th June. Tracking link on Fonis site only gave me the tracking number but entering this in the Aramex site worked fine. Cannot register phone with Samsung (not UK model) but covered by Fonis Shield (has anyone tested this?). Phone well packaged, working properly and sold at a very good price. Any misgivings I had about buying from this company incorporated in Dubai have been allayed and I recommend it to others.

I received my shipment late by 2 days. Nevertheless the joy of receiving a new mobile as per my order made me forget that.

ordered online samsung s6 and it was there at the door in 3-4 days. quick delivery and good tracking service of the order.

Phone was competitively priced, delivered on time (from Dubai) and was very well packed. Good tracking info too so no complaints and five stars.

Ordered a Huawei G7 and found out it was sent from Dubai. Arrived in London in only 2 Days! fast delivery and nice product, highly recommended for shopping electronics stuff.

Delivery of phone within 3 days. Although a UK website phone came from Dubai. I was a little concerned that the phone was set up in Chinese and the charger has a UAE approved plug. But after fiddling around in the Chinese on screen instruction which was complete trtial and error until I found the English tab, the phone appears to be fine and works on the talktalk network . website says phones are genuine, new and work with UK providers.

Found the Fonis website whilst trying to find a Samsung Galaxy K Zoom at a competitive price. They saved me nearly 40% on the UK RRP and when it arrived, the handset was unlocked to all networks and delivered to my office in 3 working days as promised! Will definitely be using these guys again and recommending to family and friends!

V good delivery. Could be improved tracking if knew where item was exactly with info out for delivery soon.
Worried whether item was not genuine. They assured me item was exactly as described, and have since verified as so.
I would definately recomend this company and i have no hessitation now returning with future orders.
Also delivery and replies quicker than Amazon.
