Had to solve an issue over e-mail/phone communication, and Amber did it great!

Placed an order on 2nd April still not received the mirror. It got sent once, and got returned without DPD even trying to deliver. Next time it got damaged and then fonq claimed to send a new one next day even though they don’t have that item held as stock. Then they ask me to raise an investigation with DPD which is bizarre. Surely they need to do their own investigation first, I won’t even get onto the customer service.

Very fast delivery, good communication, high quality products. Very satisfied!

I made two orders from fonQ. The first one I was immediately informed when it's expected from the supplier. The second one I received in 24h.

Good collection and smooth ordering process. We ordered dining chairs from fonQ and they were delivered within few days nicely packed. Quality of the chairs is good, they were as shown in the images on the fonQ site and easy to assemble. One star less as the assembly instructions can be improved maybe by putting same numbers on the different parts of the same chair. Overall good experience.

I received only part of my order. Where is my bed linen?

If I can give negative stars , I will. I placed an order for a garden set at their website . After the order was placed , there was no communication what so ever. One day, their driver showed up outside and unloaded the package in my car porch and almost walked away. I caught him on camera and managed to grab him before he ran away to sunset. He said he was told that I authorized delivery in the car porch . Which obviously I didn't. So basically, they authorized something on my behalf , didn't communicate about the delivery, and now they are not responding to my emails. What is more unprofessional and disrespectful than that ? On top, the item i bought via them was 50 euro cheaper on the seller on the website .
All is all i don't recommend this company . Clearly, here are so many reviews here where people are unhappy with their customer service, and that's because their customer service is worst of all .

De producten kwamen aan, maar ze kwamen apart en de kwaliteit was echt slecht. Zo slecht dat een van de producten niet eens teruggestuurd hoefde te worden! (Ik heb deze 189 EURO betaald).

Het andere product is geretourneerd en ik hoop mijn geld terug te krijgen. Je kunt fonQ op geen enkele manier telefonisch bereiken en per e-mail zijn ze slecht bereikbaar. Hun antwoorden zijn niet duidelijk en traag.

Ik raad ten zeerste aan om twee keer na te denken voordat je bij deze webshop bestelt.

The products arrived well but they came separately and the quality was really poor. So poor that one of the products did not even needed to be sent back! (I paid for this 189 EURO)

The other product was returned and I hope to receive my money back.

There is no way that you can contact fonQ by phone and per email they are poorly reachable. Their answers are not clear. I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this webshop.

The sofa is exactly as the photo. A very beautiful and comfotable piece of furniture!

I like the couch I ordered, however I heard nothing about the delivery date for 10 weeks until one night, when they gave me a 8-22 delivery window for the next day. I then had to pay extra to change the delivery time....
Also, the couch arrived with the joining structure on the wrong side of the pieces, which I had to manually switch to the other side in order to assemble the pieces.

Delivery times are falsely advertised!
says 2-5 days, then when contacted, agent says there is no stock and need to wait 2 months for delivery.
No compensation for this!

The side table I ordered looks very nice. Service is slow, like I have to wait a bit over a month to get my order. It's fine if you are not in a hurry. Other than that everything was perfect.

I bought a sofa in november 2024.
It would be between 8 till 10 weeks to get at home.
Two weeks ago ( on a sunday ) i got a message that the sofa would be deliver on Wednesday ( the same week) from 8:00 until 22:00 i had to stay at home. Well, today is 19 February and there’s no sign of my sofa or my money. fonq is not available on the phone and not via email. The worst company ever !!!!
I would appreciate if these people would contact me and offer a solution. THIEVES!
