This Company is a complete scam! I lost $2,750

This Company is a complete scam! If you loose your money it is now your fault. I reached out to Food Research Lab to do a reformation of a sauce I sell. The first interactions were great and they gave a 60 turn around time. Fast forward 9 months and I still did not receive the reformulation as they kept giving excuses why it was delayed. They attempted to send over a few “samples” during the 9 months to make me feel as though they were working on it. I lost $2,750 messing around with this company and they refused to refund my money. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate company with morals. I now feel as though it was a scam from the start and they never intended on reformulating my sauce.

Packaging

I wanted to develop suitable packaging for the protein chips I conceived of developing. I searched for multiple food product development consultants that assist with developing food products and packaging. I came across Food Research Lab when I was looking at social media posts. After carefully understanding the product requirements, I learnt that they offer innovative packaging solutions.

I sought their services for developing protein chips and developing suitable packaging for the same. The team was skilled, and knowledgeable and offered to help me immediately. The team developed the delicious chips and helped me develop food packaging that helps preserve the chips’ flavor and crunchiness. In addition, the packaging also helped increase the shelf-life of the chips. I was impressed by the packaging material and the design, which is crucial to attracting consumers’ attention.

I thank Food Research Lab wholeheartedly for their prompt service and would love to partner with them in my future endeavors. - Ramalingam, USA
