The 30 day policy they have is a scam

The 30 day policy they have is a scam. After a review of their website which is for experienced traders. They did not accept my regret of 30 day refund policy. It is true, they ask for more money which you will take away the 30 day refund policy they have if you don´t read the small print. They will advertise a lot with the 30 day policy, and they will not keep their word.

Motley fool never give advice. Every time you pay for their membership ship they continue to ask for more money. I have paid so much money and I get nothing in return. Do not be fooled by motely fool like I was. I don't believe they know anything about stocks at all.

Don't trust their recommendations

I purchased some of their recommended picks from their articles and here's how they performed.
Fuelcell Energy down 96%
Xebec Absortion - bankrupt
Mogo Inc. down 60%
Numinus Wellness - bankrupt

I wouldn't trust this company ever.

I used to follow MF all the time, watching their round tables and stock picks from Tom Gardner, Andy Cross, and the rest. At first, I trusted their advice and invested heavily, but it ended up costing me a lot of money instead of helping me grow it. The hype didn’t match reality, and I felt completely misled.
Thankfully, I eventually found a reputable firm that helped me recover my lost funds. If anyone has been in the same situation and needs guidance, feel free to reach out I know how stressful it can be, and I’m glad I was able to get my money back.

Do not be a “FOOL” by wasting your money- it’s just not worth it.

So I signed up for this because I wanted to get a leg up about tech stocks (or anything).
I was promised some new report, join now & get this blah blah- and never got it, heck I’ve never gotten squat.
They have promised me several reports in the time since I joined but constantly just ask for more money & more money
It’s my fault, I should have looked them up here before buying in, especially now as I’m Epic Plus- but refuse to spend another cent with them.
It’s a huge grift, I learned a couple things but NOWHERE CLOSE to my investment’s cost.
Massively disgusted with them, their emails to “join upwards” are all a huge scam, the biggest reason I joined was a report highlighting best stocks to buy on AI (Nasdaq stocks) and I NEVER GOT IT- even though I’m now an Epic Plus level member. Hell they still want me to upgrade further to the tune of like $2000 more.
I have emailed them and said to cancel any auto-renewal as I’m disgusted. They don’t even give a crap either, no effort by them to even dignify my concerns either. It’s a MASSIVE GRIFT - heck maybe the $5000 level works, I’ll never know because I’m done with them. Do not spend a cent with them they tell you about stocks that gee, are already in the headlines. ZERO info about any IPOs or any actual usable info. I feel very unmotley but a tremendous FOOL. They promise & promise but never deliver. Screw Motley Fool and their massive grifting. Kind of like Harry & MeAgain likely made Netflix feel after dropping $100 million only to get back pathetically weak ideas for shows. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GROUP OF GRIFTERS. I did, learn from my mistake!

SCAM! DO NOT RQUEST THEIR STOCK LIST

I clicked on their "offer" of their 10 stock picks. I then entered my email. They then took me to a site where I had to subscribe to their service for $99. I left their site but started getting emails from them anyway again making me subscribe for $99 before getting their 10 stocks list. I hit "unsubscribe" and got taken to another site trying to sell stuff. Could not unsubscribe. DO NOT REQUEST THIER LIST UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO PAY $99 OR OTHERWISE KEEP GETTING THEIR NUISANCE EMAILS WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE. I.E. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Bad recommendations

Motley fool team is not looking at the economic environment of stocks and makes bad recommendations. Recent examples of that are Kendryl and Trade desk. Today their livestream take on Trade desk price cratering after earnings was weak, and epitomized that they didn’t take into consideration competition impact and existing valuation for their high recommendation. They even had the audacity of saying that Trade desk has high PE ratio, so of course when growth rate doesn’t meet expectations, its price craters. Shouldn’t have they thought about that before recommending the stock as fundamental to a portfolio, They have had plenty more bad recommendations lately, and very few good ones.

I've been reading Motley Fool articles…

I've been reading Motley Fool articles for many years. They tend to cover companies that have already done well, or aren't doing well and should be (with no guarantee of subsequent success) or things like "if i invested £10k in IAG - what would i have now?" - which doesn't help anyone. I could write better myself. Don't trust what you read on Motley, do your research elsewhere too to avoid disappointment...

Slow and expensive

I registered to this service as i was starting to invest. From all their resources i learned a few things but the majority i learned through the x platform and youtube. Also they are very late in analysis and reports. X (twitter) is way much faster and you have all the analysts there posting live.

Supposed 30-day money back unless you upgrade

I signed up for Stock Advisor with a 30 day money back guarantee. My email was contantly blasted with marketing emails for stocks you have to buy, but it turns out that you aren't eligible to view most of these stock recommendations under the Advisor subscription. Each email and video reminds you of the old Billy Mays commercial with the "wait there's more" buildup. After a week, I upgraded to Epic thinking this would be better, but it is not. I can't speak for the stock recommendations long term, but the entire process they use seems like a scam. You can't talk to anyone and they never get back to you after you fill out the online form. I finally called the number listed on my credit card charge and they told me when I upgraded to Epic, it voided the 30-day money back guarantee. Of course there is no mention of this when you upgrade. This is not a reputable company or they would stand behind their product without scamming people. They want you to buy 25 of their recommended stocks & hold them for 5 years. So, you don't really know how well their system works for 5 years. There are other sites that give analyst ratings that are much cheaper without all the marketing hoopla.

I got sucked into the $99 a year MF…

I got sucked into the $99 a year MF subscription after they were bombarding CNBC with ads. Every stock on their strong buy list I bought got hammered and still hammered. Most were risky high PE, high flyers at the time the Fed was raising rates. Ones I bought in my IRA are still way down after 4-5 years. DOCU, UPST etc. I sold others for huge loses. They feed you the bull to just wait 5 years and the stocks will be way up. Awful experience and lost a lot of hard earned savings.

The marketing made me curious. I wish it didn’t.

The marketing made me curious, so I’ve tried a number of their services. Running a smsf you look for an advantage.
I can only say save your money. Yes there have been a few good tips. But a lot of duds. There were a few I made money on, but the duds are appalling. When you subscribe it is 5 best, 6 amazing, the 10 best. Actually, no, there’s nothing to buy or the price already jumped. Stars and Stripes less than one rec per month and I could have got them from Barron’s. The SPAMMING! Omg. They spam you beyond belief. GET IN NOW, LAST CHANCE! It's horrible. It’s the main reason I want them out of my inbox. They are relentless marketers, if only the share tips were as regular. And, what is 100 words for a normal person is 10,000 for Scott.
I’m now using Morningstar and Barron’s for a fraction of the cost for 20x more advice abt 20% of the price. After about 18 months, if I never see these guys again I’ll be happy. But sadly, I did get 1 or 2good tips. It was just too hard. If there’s a value for money index, they’re 1/10.
Sadly, avoid! If you’re still wondering, avoid. Don’t get curious. Avoid.

I am a seasoned investor

I am a seasoned investor. As you will find out if you continue to contact any of these investment management companies, is that they are all crooks. All they want you to do is to send them money for various reasons. The people running these companies are failed investors desparate to make some money by fleecing new investors. Through the years I have tried most of them at least once. Do not waste your money.

Not worth the money

Well, I trusted them and though that their analysis’ are well done and deep, but in reality, after a year - most of the recommendations are down and in fact, there is no pattern there - look like some random picks around s&p. Not worth the money.

Sensationalistic

I can't tell if they are pushing their own agenda or if it is clickbait for ads. Opinions expressed by them go back and forth in a short period of time.

The same day I joined the basic service the up-sell emails started flooding in.

The same day I joined the basic program, I started getting bombarded with emails trying to upsell me to their more expensive "Epic" service. (Who knows, if I ever bite, will they then immediately try to sell me something even more expensive???) On a regular basis I'm invited by email to hear a presentation on some breakthrough and immediate and urgent opportunity. I watched a few of them and each time nothing concrete was recommended and the presentations always ended with a pitch to join Epic in order to get any details. After being suckered a few times, I've stopped wasting my time watching the so-called presentations which are actually sales pitches.

Motely Fool (perhaps like many financial services) lures you in with amazing opportunities. When I first tried Motley Fool a few years ago, the "can't miss" pitch was for a specific 3D Printing Stock. I followed their advice and bought the stock. Lost a lot of money before Motely Fool made a sell recommendation. Their super-lame response was "we're still hot on 3D stocks, but not this particular one." They keep touting their major successful recommendations, but they never seem to mention their major failures.
