Would recommend

I had to order some trainers for my son and discovered this company, the price was cheaper than other sites the delivery was quick and the product fantastic, would use again and recommend

I have to pay to return the article to…

I have to pay to return the article to France 12 euros!! (plus the 8 euros I had to pay to send the article I bought). It is not worth the discount when you must pay almost 20 euros extra to buy and return.

They don't apply warranty

They don't apply warranty
An adidas product broke after 5 months of normal utilization (no scratches or damages).
They insisted that after 14 days they don't give warranty.
All this even if in their site they clearly list the Franch (and european ) law on 2 years warranty.

Items missing

I order 4 jumping platforms with different sizes, the description of the product was: plataform 1:80x80x75cm.plataforma2:70x70x60cm.plataforma3:60x60x45cm.plataforma4:50x50x30cm. I was expecting it for work related occasion on specific date.
I carried this huge box to work space that doesn’t fit in a normal car, when I opened I had only one platform (measurements 80x80x75cm).
I message Foot Store to understand what happened and their only solution was to return the item on CTT store (the item doesn’t fit a normal car) and wait for the refund.

I understand the situation, but in my opinion doesnt make any sense to return the only product that arrive, plus isn’t easy to transport.

Stay away

Stay away! Clearly don’t hold the stock they claim, ordered an item over a month ago, was confirmed, advised it was shipped, after a few weeks, contacted them, they claimed the courier service could not locate it and would investigate. Get an email today saying their supplier didn’t have it in stock and they would be refunding me. Whilst I’m glad I’m being refunded, it was clearly a waste of time and I could have tried to source the item elsewhere!
