I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I requested a refund for my initial purchase, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails over the past several weeks, I have received absolutely no response from their customer service. The refund has still not been processed, and the complete lack of communication is simply unacceptable.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a regular customer and have always trusted this company. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it through the appropriate channels.

I sincerely hope the company starts taking customer support and refund requests more seriously.

I purchased tickets to a football match and was unfortunately sold tickets in the wrong end from what I had purchased. I contacted the company and was told they could cancel my order and offered me a full refund. The first time I e-mailed was on 24/04/26 and since then have been in constant contact attempting to get my refund. There has been many issues and more information requested at each point to which I provided and was told time and time again my refund would be processed. It is now 06/06/26 and after sending over more details for my refund on 24/05/26 I have yet to receive anything, e-mailing back asking for confirmation for what is happening on 01/06/26 but have yet to get a reply. Completely unreliable service for getting tickets as well as terrible customer service for any inquires you have taking ages to reply and constantly pushing off action with excuses. Would not recommend use to anyone and believe on some level that this company refuses to pay back refunds when possible for their on errors to line their pockets.

Tickets were in a great location and it getting them was really straightforward. Highly recommend.
