Seats allocated were better than expected, comfortable & had a great view of pitch. Tickets arrived securely & in good time. I rang James yesterday the 28th of Jan to enquire where my tickets were as they were due to be delivered. as the match fixture had changed and I was traveling to Liverpool 2 days before the match he was going to try re arrange a pick up rather than a delivery.
Today 27th of Jan I rang again to confirm what was happening with these tickets and got through to a nice lad named Finn who sorted the collection out for me and arranged everything via e mail putting me at ease. Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with using Live Football Tickets to obtain tickets to attend the Everton vs. Chelsea FA Cup game on Sat 12 March 2016 (even though Chelsea lost). The tickets were awaiting at our hotel when we checked in and the seats were incredible (three rows from sideline). Thank you for a great experience (if not a little intense, a little different atmosphere than the MLS games we usually attend). You certainly checked off one of our bucket list items.
Excellent service by Football Ticket Trade in sourcing and delivering tickets to take my son to the League Cup Final. The tickets were in a great location. What I really liked was the prompt service by Football Ticket Trade, in particular, the way in which they dealt promptly with any queries which I had. Just one suggestion, perhaps they can consider a discount for repeat customers.
Bought tickets and never but didn't receive the tickets in time and spend the whole day on the phone with the staff and they didn't help enough for me to get the tickets intime. Worse still I had bought these for my relatives who had travelled from Africa to watch the Arsenal vs Liverpool game. This was my worst nightmare. Will never attempt to buy tickets online again. And never from this website.

I purchased the tickets believing they were for the Kop as advertised but the tickets were actually in the side stand- disappointed! And no way of compensation will not use again

We have just reviewed your order and verified that you did receive the correct tickets as per the ticket description.
The listing clearly stated “Anfield Road or Kop” and not “Kop guaranteed” as you have indicated, meaning that you could be located on either Stand depending on availability.
There were different listings available at the time which would have guaranteed you Kop tickets however as you selected the listing “Anfield Road or Kop” , the seller provided you with the correct tickets as per the listing.

The service was excellent. Posted in time for the match. Not quite sure how the tax thing and fees worked and seemed excessive but on the whole would definitely buy again from this site
Good service. However you must state witch section of fans these tickets are for as this could result in a wasted journey or ugly confrontations .
Please ensure the ticket states witch teams fans they are for .

All tickets listed for an event are for the home team sections unless otherwise specifically stated. Therefore if tickets are simply listed as "Behind the Goal" or "Longside" they will be for home team supporters. Many times the seller can also offer tickets for the visiting team section but the tickets will be describes as such, For Example: Arsenal v Liverpool - the tickets for the visiting team will say "Visitors Section", "Liverpool Section" or "Away Seats".
