Truly Awful Experience
Great marketing.. Influencer advertising the shoes.
Shoes finally arrived 1 month after ordering ! Too small not a standard size 6 !! And poor enough quality !!
Then onto the returns process
This is where anyone thinking of buying these shoes need to be very cautious
THERE SIMPLY IS NO RETURN PROCESS
You can see their response in my other reviews claiming to be a global e commerce business. There is nothing professional about this business.They claim to have return depots in various locations around the globe! The addresses do not exist .
Item bought in Ireland , uk address on web but must return to the USA at my own cost !! Totally unethical!! Nothing about import charges on the web either !

I ordered & paid for on cloud trainers 7th Feb 2026.
The tracking system is strangely in available now.
We are 2 months down the line , with money taken, no response from my emails and no trainers.

I found out after I ordered that the company is in Florida but 2 months is a long time to wait with no response.
I feel as if I’ve been scammed!

Delivery took a bit longer than expected but the experience was smooth.
Pretty good customer support too.
