Well after I pressed pay I'm not sure if my items where purchase and I have no way of verification scared that I made this purchase I'm just gonna sit a wait lord knows I don't understand what happened

All in all can't ding their Customer Service, very responses to all of my emails. Ordered a pair of custom Hey Dude's before Christmas. I was to get the order the week after but due to California fire and freaky snow storms the shipment got lost somewhere here in the US, by then it was out of their hands. Last known location was New York. Will say their Customer Service was great by redoing my order and sending another pair, Yes the shoes are lower quality than the real Dude's but as they say you get what you pay for. All in all great service but got them 4 months

I ordered a pair of heydude shoes. They were supposed to be Georgia bulldogs heydudes with my name inscribed on them. Firstly they were not heydudes. I have several pair of real heydudes. They were also stated to be Georgia bulldogs. They looked nothing like that emblem. They keep offering me a 30% return. I have contacted them many times.
They are a RIP OFF. Please don't waste you money. I am connecting with my lawyer to file a class action suit.

The worst company. I didn't know when I saw the product online that these were absolutely just basic canvas slip on that are sold on Shein for 6.00 every day. After months of the shoes never arriving, I disputed charges with my bank. I then received an email where they stated if I'd lift the dispute because the bank only wanted to be involved for fees then they'd refund the order. I ended the dispute and they decided they aren't refunding the order because I disputed it through my bank. I'm absolutely happy to join any lawsuit others are filing or I can seek my own attorney if needed.

For one thing you can stop claiming that you're selling Air Jordan ones and hey dudes because they are knockoffs. They are nothing of the sort. They're not hey dudes, it's printed on there. Hey dudes, they're not hey dudes and the Air Jordan ones. They're not that there's some other knockoff shoes. I highly recommend you keep your money and don't think you're getting a deal because you're not. You're getting scammed. I was told if I dropped the dispute against them they'd give me my money back. Well guess what I dropped the dispute and they didn't give me my money back. All they do is lie to you. Hey dude, shoes come with insoles that say hey dudes on them. These are knockoffs because they do not come that way. There is no truth to there being Air Jordan ones because it's just a plain insole. Nike puts their name on the insoles. There I would just highly recommend you keep your money. I've learned a hard lesson and I'm very skeptical about anybody now that sells stuff online. I don't know what this world's coming to because you can't get out and go shopping and try to find you something nice so you try to go online and do some shopping and you get screwed over.

RUUUUUNNNNNNNN! This company is a complete scam! Ordered on November 26, 2024, and still today - February 11, 2025 - No delivery. And the support team Bs's every time I reach out. Fortunately, my bank disputed the charge.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for her birthday a couple of months ago , her birthday was yesterday. I got an email from footwearnor about 3 weeks ago that says the shoes had shipped. I never received them. So I sent them an email and tried to track my order with the tracking number they gave me, and the tracking number doesn't exist. And now they are telling me that my order is still in production. I asked them how that could be if the shoes were shipped three weeks ago!! I'm sure I was scammed.

I was also scammed by these awful people and this awful fake company. I have been emailing them back and forth for 3 months requesting a refund for the pair of shoes I never received and the piece of crap knock off order I did receive. Would love to join the class action suit mentioned in their reviews because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. ORDERED HEY DUDES AND THEY ARE A KNOCK OFF. EURO SIZES THAT DO NOT FIT. OPENING A LAWSUIT AS THIS COMPANY IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS.

If there was an option to leave no stars I would! I would not recommend ever buying from this place. They are thieves. I purchased shoes in November, said they would be here by Christmas still haven’t received them. Asked for my money back, it would take 14 business days and still haven’t received it. Don’t waste your time or money. You will get scammed!

Im never one to leave reviews.. but i obviously need to save some people money. Ordered my shoes almost two months ago. They keep replying w emails to "buying time" basically. Don't recommend this to anyone. 100.00 usd down the drain and a Christmas present gone with no refund and they know that I will continue emailing daily now since they told me my order was delivered when it wasn't. Scam.

Stay away and do not order from them!
I ordered a pair of OSU Hey Dudes as a Christmas gift beginning of December. When they finally arrived on Jan 11, I quickly noticed they were not authentic Hey Dudes as they do not have the trademark or anything on them like our other Hey Dudes. (I'd post pictures, but I can't) I reached out via email the day that they arrived and asked for a refund and return slip for the poor quality of their product. They offered me 50% off my next order from them. I responded I would not be buying from them again and would like a full refund and return slip. Then they responded that they couldn't refund me more than 20% of the purchase. I responded back that they are a scam and I would be leaving a review about them on any platform that I can, and that karma will hit them when they least expect it :) Haven't heard back from them since then.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered custom Billie Eilish sneakers for my son’s Christmas gift. I ordered 4 weeks before Christmas, never got a tracking number, my husband has called 3 times, with no response. I went and emailed them last night, just to get a response that said the address can’t be found. This is horrible what this company is doing to innocent people who work hard for their money. It’s not cheap to order custom shoes and to get scammed on them. This was my son’s main gift, that he never got to open because of this companies negligence.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a pair of Georgia Bulldogs Hey Dudes In November. Wonky tracking from China never updated. Messaged again and again as it’s January and still no package. Requested a refund on January 17 a nearly 2 months after ordering. Looked today and guess what - their fraudulent tracking says delivered on January 10. Pretty funny as our town was hit by winter storm Blair and NO mail was delivered that week. Be aware- their site says UK but it is China. Don’t buy from them you will get scammed.

Purchased fake Hey Dudes. Fake Fake Fake.
Didn’t realize these were cheap knock offs at full hey dudes pricing. So disappointed.

This is a scam! I placed an order in November and didn’t receive it until January. The order was wrong and the company will not issue a refund. They said I could have 50% and order again. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Such a terrible company. Ordered HeyDude shoes in the NFL Lions design and they are a horrible knock off. Not only was the size wrong, they are unbelievably CHEAPLY made. The material is thin, the heel of the shoe is pointed instead of rounded the way a HeyDude shoe is and the stamp of the Lions logo is AWFUL. The Lion on each shoe is missing parts of its leg! When I reached out to customer service they said that I ordered the wrong size and offered me 50% off a replacement. As if I would ever spend money on this company again. BUYER BEWARE! Do not waste your money.
