Customer service stinks

Ordered a Jordan Hoodie in October for a Christmas Present for my nephew. Started wrapping today, noticed that it still had an in store security button on it. I called them and the lady said that there was nothing they could do. I would have to drive it an hour to the closest Foot locker so they could release it. She said my order was over the 45 day limit so she could not help me. I said that I ordered a sweater…. Not a sweater with a security button on it. She just got rude with me. I’ll never by from you again Foot Locker. It’s easy to see that there are many people unhappy with your products and services, no wonder your online reviews suck so much. PS…. There is a video online how to remove this button… works great. Thank god for Sport Check.

Beware!! Footlocker is not selling authentic products.

Beware!! Footlocker is not selling authentic products. I recently bought a pair of Nike Air Max excee shoes, they turned out to be fake with a fake product ID that you can't authenticate at the Nike website. The shoes were a look-alike to the original design but with some minor changes. The quality was cheap and the finish of the shoes was not of Nike standard.

Their online store had a technical error while ordering and they charged me twice and sent two shipments of same order. Reached out to customer service and they said they would email. They never did. Whole experience was bad. I won’t ever buy from foot locker again.

Online order

I ordered online and the shoes that came in was obviously a used shoes. So I thought "hey it was on sale and I'm ok to get a floor model" But the shoes ended up not fitting well. I returned it and to my surprise, Footlocker refuse the return for the reason that it was a "used shoes". Called the customer line and was refused to accept it and suggested to call the ON Cloud company. And I was firm that it was not On Cloud company's short coming. I ordered the shoes from Footlocker and not On Cloud. Asked for the supervisor. Had a good conversation with the supervisor. Processed the return right away and got a confirmation number. That was August 2023. It's November 2023 now. I still didn't get my money back. 😕

The service was ok

The service was ok, store looked cool but my goodness I bought my kids Jordan outfits and after second wash they look terrible. Pilling from top to bottom and feeling thin.

Tagged shoes dirty so they don’t have to do a refund

Returned the shoes I bought online and tried at home because I found the right color. After they have received it, I waited 5 days, still no response about my return and refund. I decided to contact them just to be told I won’t be getting a refund because the shoes that was returned was worn and dirty. How could it be dirty? And how would I know if it looks good on me if I don’t try it? Rediculous excuse they tell you so they dont have to do a refund. Their customer service is just as bad as their return policy. Lack of empathy. I hope they lose their jobs. Never shopping with footlocker again. Good thing there are more options now.

WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I HAD!!!!

I made an order that i was suposed to receive last week. Tracking numbers says that my order has been delivered but i never received my order. I contacted footlocker and they opened an investigation with the carrier. UPS concluded that the packages has been lost in transit so they refunded footlocker last week. I contacted footlocker to know what is going on with my refund and they told me that the case has been denied. So now they have my money, the money that UPS refunded them and me i have no order and not my money back. I spoke with 2 supervisors and they dont understand why the investigation department denied the case. Since then i try to get in contact with the investigation department but they wont contact me back. That is the worst experience i ever had online!! Ive been a long time costumer but i will never buy again from them. That is clearly a fraud.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in Canada so it would be footlocker Canada, everything about this store and its website and its app is completely trash. EVERY time I try to checkout online there is some issue, every time I did a release drop or w.e it’s called, the times I actually got through it would say thank you for your order or whatever it says and then I’d get an email saying order cancelled.. and in some instances it would take the money off my visa and I wouldn’t get the money back for a week 1 time it was over 2 weeks .. so now their technically making interest off my money and I’m out $300 for over a week.. 1 time I smashed a keyboard over this s**t And even today after staying away from the site for awhile I wanted to order the air max 1 royal blues and I was trying to go through checkout and on filling out the address it just wouldn’t work said like.. “some areas could not filled” or something then I tried the app and it said “problems with saving inventory” or something. I’m completely done with footlocker Canada , maybe it’s better in the states .. well probably because most store are lol, but I’ll never shop there again . Most of their stuff is for children anyways they might have a good release once in awhile but I’ll just go to Nike . I hope Nike kiboshes them . Screw footlocker!

'Won' raffle for shoe

'Won' raffle for shoe, immediately it tells me I didn't confirm the pickup option fast enough ( 1 minute after raffle at 7am). As a result my ship to me entry is also nullified and I have no chance to win the shoe.

Footlocker customer service doesn't know why it happened and can't explain why that would happen. No option for a solution and they tell me to just wait for confirmation in case I did win. Super disappointing to think I would have won.

**BUYER BEWARE** We bought runners…

**BUYER BEWARE** We bought runners online for my daughter. She tried the runners on once at home (on carpet) but they did not fit properly. We shipped the shoes back to the store, however they were not accepted for return. We were told they were not in new condition which was false. They were brand new without a mark as they were never worn. I called customer service and spoke with a supervisor and was provided a slip to return the shoes for a second time. After calling to follow up on the refund, I was informed that they send back the shoes to us for a second time (again because they were not in new condition). It's been months and we have not received the shoes, nor a refund. They did not offer to assist with a resolution to this matter in any way. The customer service is terrible and it is apparent they do not value their customers. I would not recommend shopping at Footlocker, and would rate the store zero stars if that were an option.

Unexpectedly bad service

I did not receive my orders because as per UPS my address is incorrect plus I tried to reach out to footlocker twice but they told me they cannot do anything about it neither cancellation nor send it to me. My order will be returned to footlocker again and they need me to place an order again they cannot reship the order to me so I have to wait for the refund to arrive which will take 5 to 7 days and then only I can place an order. End of the day it’s the customer’s loss because I got a pair of shoes and jacket on a very nice deal which will be over soon. I never expected this from footlocker.ca. The in store service is far better and hassle free.

Won't update address. Told me I'm on my own

Placed an order online but my browser picked up an old address. I contacted Footlocker immediately to change it but was told they are unable to change an order once placed. Their solution was to tell me to wait for it to be shipped then contact the shipping company to ask them to change the delivery address.

So they wouldn't help and then told me the customer to figure it out. Absolutely archaic customer service.

Do not buy from Footlocker online.

Literally running a scam. Will keep your money AND your return.

I wish I could give zero stars. I was charged a restocking fee for an online return even though it doesn't say anything like that on the website. I called about the fee because it doesn't show anymore on their website and they literally said "too bad it's our policy". So I complained to PayPal. I sent back another item almost one month ago and just follow up on my refund. They told me they aren't refunding me because I complained to PayPal. So they're keeping the item I returned AND my money. How is this even possible?

Terrible customer service - They don't follow their own policy

Terrible customer service.

I made a return and was charged a $6.99 restocking fee.

This was not disclosed when I made my return request nor is it on their website under their return policy.

When I contacted customer service, they said "there's a restocking fee, please refer to this link". The link they provided did NOT mention any restocking fee at all.

I spent over $300 on 5 items and returned one small item and that's how they treat their customers.

Now they refuse to refund the $6.99 restocking fee, it's ridiclous.

Poor quality of service of the support staff

The website has obvious problems with the functionality on the site, with access to the cabinet and other things. I would also like to point out the poor quality of service of the support staff, who do not help in any way to solve the problem. Two stars only because at least the payment went through without any problems.

I order my shows on the drop at 9 o clock on a Thursday got them Friday at 1 o clock i was scared about al the reviews but i would give footlockers from my personal experience a 5 out of 5

Lack of Competition in Canada

Don't have many retailer in Canada sell Jordans or other high end. Being a customer since 2017 about 10 purchases. It's meh, not good selection, unresponsive customer support.
