Actually I had a positive shopping…

Actually I had a positive shopping experience at footlocker.co.nz. I ordered the shoes in my size over the weekend and they arrived quickly on the following Tuesday, brand new and with FREE shipping! If you think footlocker is bad you should try ebay they are the worst!

Unreliable company! BEWARE!

I purchased a pair of shoes from Foot Locker NZ and only one shoe was delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told to return the item and purchase again instead of being provided with a proper replacement. I ordered the same shoes again because I still wanted the product and it showed as available online, which customer support also confirmed. However, after a few days I received an email saying that the size was actually not available. 0/5 for sure and someone needs to report this company to appropriate agency.

Terrible interfaces, broken ecomm experience

Terrible interfaces. Not catered to iPad. Apple pay refused to work. Switched to a regular laptop, completed transaction and they took the money. 2 hours later got an email to say “item is not on stock. Money might take 3-5 days to return.” Absolute 90s experience in 2025.
