Terrible service and frustrating situation
Terrible service! I recieved my package in january, but the shoes were too small. In order to return the item, they needed my order ID. I never got an order ID, and the difficult website didn’t allow any type of order ID that I got. I sent a message on their website but all I got was a response from a robot. After trying to call every single FootLocker store in Norway, and not a single one of them answered the phone even though the store was open, I finally found a email adress I could contact. After being in touch with them they gave me a return label, but now I need to contact UPS on the phone as well as finding a location near me I can deliver too, and not to mention that the UPS website won’t show a location near me, so I cant deliver the package. Incredibly difficult and frustrating situation to deal with. I won’t shop here ever again.
