I'm super happy with my bespoke footstool from this company. The quality of the build is substantially better than the ones which are displayed in furniture stores. I was advised of when the footstool was going to be delivered and the courier advised me on the day of delivery of a 2 hour window. Everything worked like clockwork. The footstool was extremely well wrapped and packaged securely. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate in ordering from them in the future.

I have been looking for a footstool for ages, so many shops and websites, either too expensive or just not right. Finally I came upon this website, British company making products here, big choice of styles, materials, sizes and prices, just what I needed. They were very helpful and friendly from sending samples to the final order. I am delighted with the footstool, it is beautiful and very well made. It arrived within the expected timescale and was well packed, I couldn't recommend this company enough, thank you.

Footstool come very protected on delivery and came quicker then expected!! Was emailed regarding delivery date and was easy to reply and confirm we was home. The website was clear and easy to follow. I needed some extra information and spoke to a member of staff who was most helpful. The footstool I ordered arrived promptly and is a delight - even better than I had expected from the photos. It is beautifully made and a pleasure to have in my home. My daughter has also used this company, and is equally delighted.

Beautiful footstool - very pleased with it. Really good quality. Makes me smile every time I walk in the room. Turnaround time good. Would highly recommend.
I would comment that the courier gave very little notice for time window so I missed them by 2 minutes and had to rearrange pick up.

I love my footstool. Totally bespoke and handmade. Great quality, easy order process and It is delivered on time.

The finished product is great and even better than we had expected. They were very patient sending us different colour samples until we found the right colour. We were constantly kept updated on things and it all arrived in time.
