Is crocs fake or not??
I bought crocs for my husband as a gidt but it came just in a black plastic post! Very strange it came without shoe box or something… I start to wonder is it fake crocs I bought or whatnot….

Shoes are great
Shoes are great, no problem. Delivery was far too long …. Almost two weeks. When package arrived plastic bag was completely open at one end and box inside was crushed at open end - I’m amazed shoes were still inside and not damaged.

Great price, service and delivery. I was a little apprehensive at first but after reading other reviews decided it must be ok. Long and frustrating wait for the shoes to arrive
The shoes took a long time to arrive - over a week. They are posted from Sweden. This was probably mentioned in the small print somewhere but even so, it is normal nowadays for things to arrive much more quickly.
Their choice of UPS as a shipper was also poor. Whereas DPD let you see where your parcel is just by clicking the link, UPS make you sign up as a full-on customer of theirs just to see whether your parcel has made it out of Sweden yet.
The shoes were fine but I was getting a second pair of a style I already had, so I didn’t need to test whether they were correctly described on the website.
Overall the experience was let down by the long - and thanks to UPS, frustrating - wait for the shoes to make their long journey.

I had a mare of a job finding the right size for my granddaughters' birthday. I had promised a pair of Asher platforms but could only find them at Footway. So I tried converting uk sizes to EU sizes using Google (don't do it Google are wrong!) First order size 41 excellent service from Footway arrived quick but too big at a 7.5 so googled again (!) Tried size 40 excellent service from Footway arrived very quickly but too small at size 6.5! I then reached out in desperation and the wonderful Karolina pointed me in the direction of size 40.5 size UK 7! In stock sent very quickly and arrived for my granddaughters birthday. Amazing company very patient with me and so helpful I cannot thank Karolina enough for her help highly recommended!!! 😊
