Footway plagued by bad UPS delivery
Footway might be good, but sadly they use UPS to ship their products. First email from UPS said the package would arrive Friday, then it changed to Saturday, now they say Sunday. I'm sure I'll still be waiting tomorrow. UPS should manage customer expectations better. If its going to be Tuesday, just say that. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Sadly I would not but from Footway again purely because of UPS poor delivery service.

Great company. I ordered a Carhartt backpack and was quite unhappy with the quality of the product. I got in touch with customer service and the lady Paula was very friendly and helpful. Soon after sending my product back I was refunded with no qualms whatsoever.
In spite of the product being a little disappointing (not Footway's fault), I thought that the company were very efficient in resolving the issue. Thanks a lot!

The boots I purchased are fine and fit…
The boots I purchased are fine and fit me well. However, the delivery experience was awful with the delivery company, UPS, being totally dishonest about trying to deliver to me .
I must say that the customer service experience was good, resulting in a refund of the delivery fee.

I got these for my daughter for…
I got these for my daughter for Christmas. I have the exact same ones. They're so lovely. Arrived in time for Christmas. Was updated on the progress of delivery and they fit her well. The only thing i would mention is that the ones we got are not Black Black, like mine. They are more of w blue black and so if you dont want that then i might not get them. Its not super noticeable but i noticed. Maybe because i have them and they are more black black. Lol. But they're awesome and we love them! And thank you 😊
