Something needs to be done about this so called buisness, i paid for a shirt which never arrived despite them sending a tracking number (obviously fake) and promising that it was on the way. They eventually stopped responding to my many emails asking for my money back or the whereabouts of my shirt. The firm is obviously a bunch of rip off merchants. Do Not buy from this firm.

I ordered 2 tops on the 12th May, still waiting, have emailed several times and had zero reply back

Awful company. Placed order online 11th June. Still waiting for the delivery. An email was sent confirming the order had been despatched to Royal Mail on the 15th June. As the tracking still hasn't updated, I'm assuming it hasn't reached this country yet.
If you're shipping from overseas, be clearer about that on your website! More than 2 weeks since ordering and nothing except £70+ gone.

DO NOT USE. They will send you an awful looking replica but WILL NOT return it. They have NO contact details other than an email that no one responds from. NO phone number either. AVOID THIS SCAM

They acknowledged that they got my order wrong and will rectify it, now they are just ignoring me

This company is a scam, please avoid.

Returns are non existent and you will not be refunded your money.

Ordered a shirt but didn’t want to keep it, I have emailed them 4 times over the space of 2 weeks and yet to have a response. Yet when I first emailed them chasing where my order was they responded relatively quickly. By the look of similar reviews they are not interested in a return/refund policy. DO NOT USE. Not worth the hassle, shambolic.

I've been bitterly disappointed by my experience ordering from Footy Classics.

My shirt arrived promptly within the space of a week however I found that the shirt wasn't right for me so I wished to return it. According to their FAQ, returns are allowed within 30 days of your purchase as long as the condition is the same. I've contacted them several times about this and never heard anything back. To make matters worse they only have an email contact and no phone. My plan was to purchase another shirt instead and send the old one back, however after this experience I wouldn't order from Footy Classics again.

After 3 whole weeks my order arrived with a significant problem. I emailed them to resolve the issue via refund and they have been ignoring me. It’s been 10 days now. Order 20557.
UPDATE: They sent me an email showing that my order has been refunded. However, it has been 18 days and nothing has reflected into my account. Shocking behaviour.

Ordered 3 Man Utd retro tops with names and numbers, good quality shirts, plus delivery time was good.
After reading previous reviews I was not expecting a fast service, however; I was happy with the speed of the delivery.
I have just ordered more items from them.

Disgusting customer service, requested information regarding refund/return as there is no return info online or in packaging. 0 responses having been emailing everyday for a week. Absolutely dreadful, whoever runs this company should be genuinely ashamed. DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A “BUSINESS”

Took over 3 weeks to arrive but the sizes are much smaller than you'd expect.

As all the other reviews you can see, no return address, no replies to emails so refund impossible.

You can buy the same shirts off dhgate for 12 quid they take about 2-3 weeks to come from China

Ordered a Large but they sent a medium. Their fault. No response after 3 emails! AVOID!

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID this company. My second review as I made a second order (before realising what they were like!). This one came with the name/number peeling off and VERY tilted, like not even close to being straight. It was supposedly a large but fit like a tight medium. Again, no reply when this is queried.

I am 100% convinced that most positive reviews on here are fake. PLEASE don't keep these cowboys in business.
