Ordered a football shirt over 2 weeks ago, apparently its been dispatched however still no tracking or anything.. they have said they sent it on 4th November (how is that possible when ordered on 29th november) I'm fuming emailed 3 times and got no reply. Will be reporting to my bank for fraud :/

England shirt finally turned up several weeks after ordering.
So I am changing my review.
Son is happy.

I placed an order 28th December & still haven’t recieved the football shirt, have tried to contact the seller, but got no response, so annoyed what a waste of £35

No answer to emails. 100% fraudulent company. Do not touch with a barge pole. Furious that I have been scammed. Taking it further.

Been waiting 4 weeks for my order now and still nothing. Have asked for a refund several times and….no reply. It’s a scam. Avoid like the plague.

UPDATE:

My order has actually arrived! After not hearing back and leaving this review, I received an email with the tracking link. It was like most of the other emails, saying Royal Mail and customs were experiencing delays. Out of curiosity I clicked on the link and the tracker had actually been updated to say the parcel was in the Royal Mail system. Prior to this, it had “sender has despatched item” which had not changed for 30 days. So when there was no update to say it was in the Royal Mail system, and the email replies were shoddy, poor grammar, broken English before not replying at all, it very much looked like a scam.
However, the shirt arrived yesterday and it actually looks like it’s decent quality.
I’ve changed my review to a 3 star as their e-mails need to be improved. The broken English and poor grammar doesn’t help make it look legitimate.
I still think people need to tread carefully as it seems there are lots of people who never received their order.
Not having a phone number to be able to ring doesn’t help and if they are genuinely wanting to provide this business, their overall customer service needs to rapidly improve.

100% a scam.
Ordered a shirt, not arrived, e-mail them and their response is it’s due to customs and Royal Mail. Not had a response for over a week despite asking for a refund on 3 separate occasions.
Anyone leaving a review that isn’t a 1 star is clearly part of the scam

If I could write a 0 I would it had been 3 weeks since I ordered my shirt and it still isn’t hear I see why they are so cheap no very very poor

Scam site tried repeatedly to get answers about where my shirt is. They are claiming it was dispatched 19th Nov. I have checked with Royal Mail who have confirmed that this is a lie. Looks like I have been left out of pocket with no christmas present

Like a few customers who have recently posted on Trustpilot, I have not received my order and I am unable to contact Footyclassics.com. They are not taking calls and the link to contact them by email does not work. Can anyone who has actually managed to e-Mail successfully, please provide their e-mail address? Many thanks.

Absolutely shocking ordered this top for a sick person they really wanted it and it’s not turned up it’s just saying sender to send item they emailed back once still no top shocking in fact disgusting

Dog s**t company to deal with, been waiting for 3 weeks for my shirt. emailed twice now (cannot phone) with no reply so no idea where my shirt is, only given them 1 star as no option for zero

Awful company not worth spending a penny on. When it eventually came my t-shirt was wrong. They have been ignoring me since.

The quality of the t-shirt is also poor.

Order despached 12. 11. ENGLAND SHIRT. Still not here. Customer service email and phone are dead. Wish I'd check and found out they are a rip off china based company.

Was very sceptical after seeing some terrible reviews after purchasing - however, after taking 14 days to arrive I couldn’t be happier with my top. 1995 England top with Beckham front and back numbers. Quality is amazing and large size fits perfectly. Very impressed

Website makes it sound like they are UK based. Comes from China. Don't know if I will ever see the item I ordered. Website said 3-5 days. 15 days later no goods. Email them and say it is stuck in customs and there is a problem with Royal Mail tracking. Can't be both. Hope it's not a full on Scam and that I eventually get the item.

If I could give no starts I would! Ordered 3 weeks ago and I have been emailing ever since. After 10 days of none moving tracking I asked for a refund. Every email I send they just respond with a royal mail link telling me to be paitent, even though no tracking has updated. They refuse to acknowledge my refund request so I raised a dispute with the bank. I informed them of this and they told me they would dispute it! AVOID if you don't want to be out of pocket. They also informed me to refuse the delivery, which is laughable considering I don't think I'm going to get one. They don't care, you can say what you like to them (trading standards etc) once they have your money they aren't interested.

*I will edit to add that the tracking shows this with my local delivery office. Its been about 3+weeks for it to get to get to that point. I'll be accepting the delivery as no one has tome to wait another 3+weeks to send the item back.

The customer service has been awful though, just repeated tracking links and not much more. I'll edit once received to update on the shirt quality.

Shocking! Do not use!

My shirt was despatched two weeks ago and there has been no update on the tracking information since.

When I emailed and asked about it I got a generic email back blaming Royal Mail and I was told that they would look in to it and give me an update.

A week later, no shirt and no update. I have emailed them a couple of times asking for a refund as my shirt appears to be lost and now I’m not receiving any replies.

Tin pot company appallingly run.

Don’t fall for the 35 pound retro jersey like I did. It’s more 5 pounds worth. The shirt took 3 weeks to arrive. The material is rubbish and the printed numbers are shiny plastic. I wore it twice indoors and noticed a rip on the shoulder seam. I looked to see if I can refund. The website states that because I have a name and number on the back, I can’t. I’m livid. I have a kid on the way and could do with the 35 quid. Footy classics have stolen my money.

Absolutely horrible experience with these lot. First of all the shirts from China, which they don't tell you. I ordered my shirt on the 05/11/22, and it still has not arrived. Every attempt I have made to contact has been ignored for days before finally replying and telling me to be patient. I said I wanted a refund and have sent multiple email over the course of a month but they have kept blanking me. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBING FREAKS!

awful company, took weeks to arrive, was the wrong size. wanted me to return it, then sid i didnt need to and had refunded it. but no refund received
they are thieves, steer well clear
