We agreed to the advance under the promise our payment could easily be adjusted based on our on revenue. I attempted numerous times to adjust payment when our revenue was cut by 50% and was advised that payment not only could not be reduced but was at risk of increasing. So who ever did the calculations or agreements on the amount either inflated our revenue to secure a higher amount or lied about the ease and/or ability to reduce the payments. It nearly put us out of business.
