I love Natasha’s products! They are made with such thought, care and wisdom and you can tell they are of the highest quality. I have been using the Aunt Flow hot chocolate pre and during my period for the last 3 months and it has been so supportive - helping me to maintain my energy levels when I would usually be very depleted and my periods have become lighter. The most amazing thing is that it has cured my sugar addiction! At the times where I used to crave sugar (pre period and other low energy days), my body now craves this instead! I don’t add any sugar or sweetener to the hot chocolate as I like the taste as it is. I have been taking the Radiance drops for 4 weeks and have already noticed improvements to my gut health, so am looking forward to continuing with those. The Inner Goddess drops (taken for 2 months so far) have helped to balance out my periods, and I also have a strong sense that they are helping me to reconnect with my body ❤️ thank you Natasha ✨

I have been taking Inner Goddess drops for over a year now and they have been instrumental in changing my periods for the better. I have always had painful periods that make me ill but when I reached perimenopause they got so much worse and heavier too. Within a few months of starting with the drops, the pain improved and is better now than it ever was. I am a big fan of the cool and calm tea and rested resilience chai too. I was lucky enough to be gifted a free sample of the new recipe chai and it is delicious (thank you!). I don’t even know where to start with the positive comments, browsing the range of products was great, receiving the beautifully packaged parcel was a delight of an experience and made me feel so special! I bought a range of products and the book, the book was incredibly helpful and contained everything I needed to learn about my cycle. The products are the highest quality and all smell incredible, and they work so well. The customer service was also brilliant! This company has made me grateful to be a woman and look forward to taking care of my body! I can’t wait to order again!!

These products harness the best of nature and present tangible benefits, which have allowed me to regain some control over the changing winds that have characterised the journey into menopause.
I have struggled for ages with my cycle and the ups and downs which make up a large part of this eventual journey.
Permi-menopause and now menopause have caused me utter hell. These products have started to make me feel more like myself, less like something is happening to my body that I cannot control. They provide a level of reassurance as I tackle a period of my life that has been confusing and scary.
I now carry the tincture with me in my handbag, the hot chocolate is gorgeous and whilst the chai isn't the most sweet (but then nature doesn't exist to provide us with naturally sweet tasting produce 100% of the time) it has helped me immeasurably.
I would urge any woman who is beginning this journey, or those whose cycles are ruining their life to give these products a try.

I've been using Premenstrual Peace for just under a month now and it's coincided with the week before my bleed. This is the one week of the month where my patience is short and with two toddlers I simply can't let those feeling overwhelm me. Already I can feel that I'm calmer internally and that's been huge. I've been telling all of my other Mum friends about this and calling it the 'magical elixir.' It's worked wonders for me and I'm really excited to continue using it.

Tried 'Aunt Flo's' raw cacao drinking chocolate. It's delicious and provided much needed relief from heavy and painful periods, however it is just too expensive. I can't afford to spend £18 a month.

I loved Natasha's book so I thought I would order some of the products and they do not disappoint. I have subscribed for a year of PMS Kit. The drops are great in some warm water as a sort of tea but they are definitely pleasant just on their own taste-wise. The Rested Resilience latte is very nice, I've been having it with Oat Milk and it would certainly be nice with any nut milks too. I've now tried the other drops, for Inner Goddess and they are very yummy, as are the Radiance ones. I am looking forward to the bath salts, they smell divine and as a frequent Epsom salt user, I know these will be lovely. I am in inner Autumn now, and so far so good. Fingers crossed that along with Menstrual Cycle Awareness Planning, all will remain calm! This is coming from someone who has experience PMDD in 2017-18 and then a re-manifestation of it postnatal, in a different way to before. PS: the packaging is beautiful and frame-worthy!
UPDATE: i purchased a PMS Care Subscription at a quarterly rate and have tried little testers of some of the drops. All are very yummy and I belive to be helpful. I make the oat latte as if it's a hot chocolate in the evenings and it's very tasty. The bath salts are lovely and I feel confident using them at any time of my cycle. There was a hiccup in the system from my order but customer service has always been impeccable and Dayna and Natasha seem to genuinely value customers and want to help and be fair, something which is appreciated as too often customers can seem devalued when everything is online.

Love the Inner goddess drops….. at age 47, as I near the menopause these drops are definitely helping to keep my cycle regular & after taking them for a few months, my periods are now much lighter/shorter too.

Absolutely incredible service and great products - I love everything I've tried so far, including the Inner Goddess drops (my favourite - makes me feel so good) and Premenstrual Peace drops. I also adore the Cool and Calm tea, and the Rested Resilience Chai (you can totally see why it's won awards - it's lush and really makes a difference!). The Cool and Calm face spray is awesome for hot flushes and now lives in my handbag.

The Inner Goddess drops lifted my spirits immediately. Such a powerful remedy!

I took out the Heavy Flow subscription and can only say how transformative it has been to my cycle. My sleep and the calmness that I’ve felt from the rested resilience and the daily tincture has been a tonic to my nervous system and overall well-being.

I love this company and the products they sell. I've been using the balm and tea for a few months now and they have really helped my period pains, which are often debilitating. It's been such a big improvement. I will definitely buy more products in the future.

Adore this company, the owners and their products. I subscribe to the Heavy Flo product box. Though my pains aren’t cured, they are helped and comforted by these products and they absolutely bring my cycle into balance and regularity. I recommend this company to ANYONE with discomfort, irregular periods or who want more balance from there cycle with use of natural ingredients! I can’t praise Forage Botanicals enough.

I get the rested resilience refill pouches every month and the premenstrual peace every other month. They both massively help with PMS and my perimenopause symptoms. Rested resilience is an absolute game changer, I love it and the fact that you can get refill packs is the cherry on top!!
