I ordered the waffle cloths and hard surface starter kit in lemon myrtle
Happy with how the products clean, and love the scent, which I would prefer to be longer lasting.

Unhappy with the customer service responses to a very long wait for delivery. The website states "We have a current processing time of 2-5 business days approx. for standard orders, from the time of placing your order. Once your order is handed over to the courier, it is subject to their shipping timeframes, which can be found on their website.

During sale periods processing may take up to 7 days and only VIP Priority Express is sent first."

My order arrived almost 4 weeks after ordering. I sent numerous emails enquiring about the delays, with mostly generic responses not answering the questions. I received a tracking number after my first enquiry, but after another 2 and 1/2 weeks of not being registered in Aramex's system, I called them and they said they hadn't received it yet.

I again contacted For All Australia requesting a time frame for delivery or a refund. Still no response, and eventually it turned up. I think I received one personal response (rather than generic) but it still did not answer my questions.

If delivery is going to be delayed, transparency is my preference. Don't fob me off with generic email responses and answer the questions being asked. Long delivery delays and customer service issues are the biggest bug bear with this company in the reviews, I see why. And the phone mail box is continually full, and not taking messages.

Decent product should be supported by excellent customer service.

So, been using For All Australia for a few months now. Yes I’m impressed with cleaning abilities and range of surfaces etc that it can be used on. Really like the fact it’s sourced and produced in Australia and has a sound environmental background. Decided to try the Dishwasher powder (not arrived yet) so can’t comment on its effectiveness yet. Use both the general for all cleaner and laundry cleaner, no complaints about either, however on a personal level I would like a slightly stronger scent for the laundry liquid, (but that’s just me) How about a Lemon/Tea tea or lemon and Eucalyptus scent. All round impressed with this company and its objectives.

Enjoying using For All products. It smells great and works. The waffle clothes are also good at picking up dust and grime, and great on the windows and mirrors.

Absolutely amazing products, beautiful scents too.The results from using the products is beyond anything I have ever used,my daughter has a cleaning business and uses these products the results are mind blowing, highly recommend this company.

Love the product itself. Does a good job of smelling fresh and doing what is advertised. The packaging, customer service, and shipping have been a disappointment. Three weeks from payment to receiving my second order. I had to purchase other laundry liquid from the supermarket while waiting for For All to arrive.

This is quite simply the best product I have ever used. I don’t buy any other products anymore (apart from a stunning peppermint stainless steel cleaner) not even toilet cleaner as For All does it all. It’s non toxic and smells like heaven. My favourite is their vanilla but I’ve just ordered the Lavender and clove and can’t wait to try it! I highly recommend this product.

I was a bit unsure if this product would work. But it does! Spray, leave for a few minutes and it cleans really well. I love the smell. It is subtle so not strong smelling.

I love that this is Australian made and own. It's really economical because you use so little. It fits neatly in my drawer under my sink. It's a multifunctional cleaner. And best of all it's less harmful for my family and the environment which I'm actively trying this year to switch out plastics and environmental pollutants.

I have been using For All for a couple of years or more now, and I absolutely love it. It cleans everything perfectly, from bench tops to bathrooms to windows, mirrors etc. It is just so nice to have one product instead of five or more different products for the different things. I have recommended this to a few people and they love it as much as me. I also use the For Laundry, and love that as well. It is just a nice size bottle and doesn’t take up a lot of space like a lot of the others. and just 5 pumps cleans really well. It is great for soaking and hand washing also. I also use the For All Laundry to wash my floors as it doesn’t foam up as much as the original For All, but still cleans very well. I highly recommend this product. Give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Products that actually work. For Dishwashers actually cleans and doesn’t have the chemical stink that you get with other brands. For All cleaner is perfect for lazy cleaners like me because you get a great result with minimal effort. We also use For Laundry which we’ve been really happy with.

Great product! I use it in my home and my client’s homes. Smells great! My favourite is the lemon Myrtle.

I love the "For All Australia" product. I have used the dishwashing power, laundry liquid and the For All Australia general cleaning product and love - love - love them all. Cannot fault their product and the best part is it is AUSTRALIA MADE - thank you.

I ordered and paid for all 4 cleaning product 17th January and am yet to receive my order as of 13th February. Within that time I have had to make contact to ask ETA and that is the only communication I have had with this company. Can't rate the product as yet given I haven't received it.

Love this stuff! It cleans everything, even filthy barbies. You use such a tiny amount. A little goes a long way.
The smell is subtle and beautiful.

Such a shame, have been waiting for my order dispatch email for wks and now looks like has been delivered apparently, no package physically arrived my end and still waiting to hear from For All Clearing.......

all orders are received in a timely manner. I appreciate receiving updated instructions on how to use their products. Using the clothes assist in cleaning my home easier and more efficiently.

Friendly folks, easy transactions, and excellent products, I've been a customer since 2022 and have not bought a single household cleaning product from the supermarket since... For All is truly for all cleaning tasks! 😍 (PS. A 5 litre jug lasts more than a year in my household!)

Don't believe the hype! Promised so much, especially with pool glass cleaning, my main reason for buying it. It certainly did not meet my expectations, as illustrated in their social media videos, which I note the pool glass video has now been removed. Pretty average product, being generous giving it 2 stars.
