Engine malfunction awd malfuction acceleration reduced all in a 2008 ford kuga told it would be over a grand ecu problem by mechanic after a bit of research send it to these guys on a Monday is was back on sat cars mint all for 150 quid .

Clearly lots of people have had a good experience with this company, but not me. Having paid £155 for them to work on my Ford cluster, when I received the unit back from them it still did not work. The paperwork with it has no details on it as to what was done - all there is to show it had been with them was a label on the rear of the unit showing their details. I wrote several emails to them at the email address mentioned in their reply below to ask for an explanation of what was done so that I could get some background information before having another auto-electrician look into it, and to date I've received no reply. In addition to this they also told me I'd get a refund of the postage part of the cost for their service as the carrier they used (DPD) were so delayed in their service, but guess what - I heard nothing further. As always the best judge of a company is what they do when something DOESN'T go right - and in this case they've been a disgrace.

I can't reply to a reply here - I can only make addenda. I've written to the email address you mention three times over the last couple of months and they've not been returned to me as undeliverable or anything like that. If you don't monitor or are unable to receive emails to the address you give, there's not much I can do about that. There's no useful recompense you can give now - I can't wait forever and I've had the unit dealt with. I'm not someone who complains in order to demand monies further down the line - I just give an honest review commensurate with my own experience.

Read the reviews as you always do, but still sceptical I went ahead. Sent the unit as required on a tuesday, didn't receive any communication that it had been received like others have mentioned. But by Friday the unit was delivered back to me, plugged straight in an all issues solved!!

Am beyond impressed, amazing company and service provided at a great price and quickly too back on the road now with absulutly no issues on dashboard / insteament cluster at all which is some achievement from them as ours was very bad before hand no end to the warning lights lack of power insteament gaiges going all over the place all sorted now
No issues since even our rev counter that has been jumpy for a while is now as stable as a new cars would be I'm so happy and greatful well worth the money when other mechanics had quoted 500 or told me to scrap the car. This genuinley feels like a win for the underdog it like the peoples company vs the big corporations that want to charge 10 times the amount couldn't reccoment highly enough thank you

Excellent turnaround on the repair received on the Monday sent back by Wednesday. So far so good after 2-3 days driving cluster working fine no warning lights. Thanks clusterrepair will defo recommend

Excellent service! Having removed the binnacle and realised just how tiny the PCB is I soon realised it would be better to hand the unit over to a specialist. I fezzed up to minor ‘tampering’ which Zak accepted in advance of placing my order and posting. 4-working days later the unit was returned, in the car 15 mins later and is now 100%. Thank you!

My Ford Mondeo petrol guage on the cluster was not working correctly (was not moving from full tank) I gave these guys a call and they gave me a quote on the phone. When they received the item they gave me a call telling me the repair would cost slightly more however this was still significantly cheaper than what Ford quoted me.
