Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service, as still not had my order. I have no idea if the products are any good until I can see them! Apparently the courier attempted to deliver the order, but no-one rang the bell or knocked on the door, so not sure how we were meant to know the delivery was here. Delivery is way beyond the expected timeline, so very disappointing.

waste of money
I was really excited to buy from here and receive my order. Firstly, the sizes of the collars are very far from the measurements on the site. I received mine and it was almost 5cm smaller than was meant to. I exchanged it but then 1 week into using it, it started flaking and now the whole coating is off plus one of the eyelets fell. Total waste of money. Looks beautiful yes but the quality is terrible.
Edit: I work in manufacturing so I’m well aware of tolerance but 5cm difference is a whole different size. Unfortunately i can’t attach images here to show how the collar has peeled and how the eyelet just fell off. So really unsure how that product has 5 star reviews.

The Vintage Leather Collar is a 5 star rated product with great feedback from our customers including sizing, all available in Customers' Reviews section on our website.
We understand sometimes getting the right size might be challenging when shopping online especially that dogs could be in between sizes. Hence, we offer a 60 day return and exchange policy and I can see that we have extended a free return on your occasion as an exception to ensure we provide you the best possible solution.
Our database is showing your exchange has been delivered on September 26th and we have not received any further communication from you about having an issue with the product.
We have 14 days damage/faulty report window and would have been glad to assist should you have reported one in a week of using.
We understand every one of us is different and we all have different expectations about products and services. As 6 out of your 7 reviewed experiences on Trustpilot have been negative and rated 1 star, we appreciate that you might be seeking for different products.
