No free shipping for exchange
Bought tons of collars with matching leashes amongst other things....one collar had a stain on it which should have not been sent out...anyways asked to return and exchange and wasn't even offered free shipping back and or free shipping for return. Not a nice feeling after having spent almost £200, this ruined my experience...other than that is the merchandise super cute for our little friends.
