Don't work with them. The only advice I would give anyone, it's a terrible business and the only skill they have is to make business go backwards.

They don't have any knowledge about either IT or marketing, only thing they appear to be doing is collect money.

Obviously they can't deliver the right service. I am not even going to argue about the fake review they placed themselves / requested a client to place.

I don’t generally write reviews, but after my staff spotted the 1 star review posted for Forefront, I felt compelled to share my experience of doing business with them. I am pretty confident the negative review is from a disgruntled customer who could not get their own way. This is something business owners commonly fall victim to and whilst most of us recognise “You can’t please all the people all the time”, in this case I am compelled to set the record straight. I have never been asked to write a review but this one will take up all the characters available to share how grateful I am for the experiences and benefits I have accumulated in working with Chris and Dan at Forefront.

I met Chris in the gym one morning where I was taking a sauna trying to ease some of the stress and agitation I was feeling in relation to a business start-up. I had instructed someone else to take care of web design and marketing and I was having issues despite having spent thousands. Following one little chat in the gym, Chris suggested I send him the artwork and offered to take a look free of charge. I was shocked by the feedback on the work that had been done so far, but I was also shocked to have a brand new website built from scratch by Forefront within 3 weeks of the gym encounter.

Forefront, who are years ahead of time on most aspects, explained everything to us and I have now developed a long standing business relationship with them. I have 3 profitable businesses which would not have been as successful without the expertise and support from Forefront. I have also sent several close friends and business partners their way. I have no reservations in recommending them to one and all.

I suggest that anyone scanning these reviews as due diligence take the time to actually meet the guys in person and make your own decision based on your own experience. I guarantee you will see the benefits of doing so.

Not recommended, keep an eye on if and what kind of work this party delivers. We worked with Forefront Digital for almost a year and are very unsatisfied with the services provided.

Forefront would take SEO, SEA, and some other smaller marketing aspects off our hands, however, the gross of what was promised is not delivered or of inferior quality of work. For instance, Google Ads track records show that for at least four months during our collaboration, no things were adjusted in GA nor logged in by Forefront Digital. All the work delivered in terms of SEO, appeared to have been written by Chat GBT. The social media calendar created consisted of partly already posted photos and the texts of these were also written by ChatGBT. During our cooperation of almost one year, have they only 3 times sent us the promised monthly updated. In general, there was a huge lack of communication.

Unfortunately, when these issues are raised with Forefront Digital, they are downplayed, emails are not answered or are answered very late. There is no desire to seek a reasonable solution. All in all, it's not recommended to work with them..

Forefront are a great company to work with. Fresh thinking and a great team. They have helped to develop my company branding more than we could have expected and they have exceeded expectations. They have helped steer my company and increased our brand awareness hugely.

Their involvement has had a direct affect on us being able to expand and increase turnover and profit.

Thoroughly recommend them and a great group of people to work with.
