Not very proactive….
Although placed the order on the 15th Aug and states 2-4 days before receiving, I’m only getting it today the 19th. Seems things are left to the last minute and I wouldn’t have heard if I didn’t email to find out about the shippings details. Not very proactive in my opinion.

More outcome less effort.
Really useful session with Ollie. Trying out a new driver and a Hybrid and a Fairway Wood. Gave me a lot of belief that I can improve my game with some new clubs which are suited to my high handicap. Less effort required, less wayward shots and a much better outcome.
