This company has been absolutely…HORRIBLE

This company has been absolutely horrible it has cost me so much time stress and tears. I would give it negative a millions stars if I could but unfortunately I have to select at least one. I had to go to store and even after my friend ( the sender ) called them, they still didn’t clear it on my end. Then this company had the nuts to say that I took at the money 10 days later. WHICH I DID NOT! So they also steal and compulsively lie. When I called this customer “ support” number they also stated that I received the money that I have been waiting on. I told them I NEVER received it!!! I then asked where did I receive this money? What is the confirmation number ? They said that they do not provide confirmation numbers or receipts which just goes to show how much they lie and how much their lies don’t even make sense. I advise that everyone just stick to money gram and western union because these people will steal from you.

I received 200 50 pesos bills

I received 200 50 pesos bills. That is like getting 200 $2 bills. What the hell am I supposed to do with 200 bills that small?
Very disappointed since I have used your previous company several years in a row.

We should have informed you of a shortage of banknotes so that you may have decided to wait a few extra days or acknowledge the excess in 50 pesos banknotes. I ended up not ordering

I ended up not ordering . I got an unprofessional phone call that was asking me for my credit card number because you all had changed websites - I thought it was fraud . I refused . They sent me an email link to do my order over again. This time the site asked for my drivers license number . I am not comfortable with that so I didn’t order

Paid for 2 day delivery and it wasn’t…

Paid for 2 day delivery and it wasn’t shipped out in a timely matter. It took about a week. I was only refunded $5 for the delivery charge.

The experience was fine except for…

The experience was fine except for fedex delivery. Inept driver, my husband was home in the garage, the driver made no attempt to try to deliver the currency and left without leaving a notification. Two days waiting at home. Please consider UPS. Otherwise, fine service.

Unfortunately, when wholesalers don't import the currency, we are limited to what is made available to us. With enough time, we have been able to gather the currency for other clients; however, that waiting period can be as long as two months. We hope to have the currency you need for your next trip.
