Irresponsible Manager And Company

The reason I write this is due to the manager of Cedar Lodge, Nenita Jopson. My now ex-partner used to work there and on one occasion I had to visit my sick mother 400 miles away. Whilst away, the manager, Nenita, would take my partner home to get drunk with her and her husband when we had two children that needed looking after. This resulted in a serious incident involving one of the children, and after complaining to Forest Care, all I received in return was a cheeky response from a Mark Vickery who went on to defend his "friend" Nenita Jopson, the manager. I complained to the CQC and eventually received an admission that the manager had indeed not returned my partner back home, but because this was outside of working hours it wasn't their responsibility. That is partly true, but surely a "care" organisation could at least have a word with their staff about IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR like this.
The incident ended up with the social services being alerted and I as the father was TARGETED as the cause. Yes, you read that right. No aopolgy was every given to me and as a result I have been completely screwed over by the social services and this little rat of a woman and her drunken husband get off scot-free. (But not forever)
Please avoid this "care" home because the manager is a god-awful human being and the company don't give a damn about the irresponsible actions of their staff. And they pay their staff peanuts for 12 hour shifts and often 14 hour shifts, yet the residents pay upwards of £1000 PER WEEK! These people sum up everything that's wrong with the world. Take your good money elsewhere as you will no doubt deserve better than this lot.
