Forest Eco is a godsend
For my whole time living in Walthamstow I would regularly go to Forest Eco. They sorted out all my alterations, removed stains that had been there for years, and tailored clothes to fit my body like a glove.
Unfortunately I've now left e17, will miss seeing their lovely faces and coming in for a chat. Anyone with clothes and good sense should give them a visit.

Absolutely amazing team of people who go above and beyond for you, using creativity and determination to make whatever it is you need done, happen. I’ve had a pair of expensive walking boots punctured through the sole by something and three Timpson’s told me the boots weren’t repairable - while I was away on a walking holiday! Then when I got home I took them to Forest Eco and they found a way to patch them up. They’re still going strong. Similarly when I needed a bangle engraving for my boss’s birthday in a fast turnaround (while also to going away to a wedding!) Ahmed made sure it happened - despite it not being a fit with the equipment the business had to hand AND still at a great price. I really can’t recommend them enough, they are just bloody lovely and leave you with that feeling of being part of a community as well as a customer.
