Had my shed delivered today by Brandon Lancett, excellent delivery service, Brandon unloaded everything and put it where I asked, the quality of the shed is not the best, overlap is only 7 mm thick, so not very strong and very cheap thin plastic windows, but the shed was cheap, suppose you get what you pay for.

Kept updated from start to finish.
Delivery guys Phil S and James so helpful and polite, they carried my trellis into the back garden , nothing was too much.
Lovely to have friendly delivery staff who can talk to you as it’s rare these days.
One of the panels was damaged and Phil took picture and arranged replacement. This is out for delivery already..Brilliant.

i ordered a garden shed from Forest Garden and it was delivered on the day arranged.
it looks to be of good quality (not built it up yet), but the thing that impressed me most was the courteous and helpful nature of the two delivery operatives Phil S & James who carried my shed from the roadside up into my back garden saving me loads of work - well done.

Initial inspection of the shed I purchased is of better quality than the last shed I purchased online, thicker wood more substantial build and better hardware pack. The driver did go a bit out of his way to deliver the shed, he could have easily turned around and said access was not suitable be he didn't. He unloaded the shed and placed the parts where I wanted them. He then explained how all the parts were numbered and that the shed could be built slightly different to the instructions as regards position the the windows.

Panels looks good and I will be installing them later today..

Seemed to enjoy his job which was nice to see so thanks Andy.
I have more fencing projects to do so will be using forest garden again..

Order delivered a week before expected - then early on day of delivery. Helpful polite driver Graham W - good company great product.

Ordered a log store from this company and we are very happy with it. The delivery was efficient and it was easy to put together. Seems very sturdy and was just what I was looking for.

Delivery of fence panels was fast and problem free ,however one of the panels was badly warped.
Following an email to customer services ,this was resolved promptly by Megan who has arranged a replacement to be delivered.

The delivery arrived nice and early. The delivery guy Shaz was really polite and friendly, got on with his job and was very careful when unloading. It would be great if all delivery drivers were like Shaz. Overall great service

Easy to choose what I wanted, good description of all the parts, and shed as delivered ticks all those boxes. Excellent delivery service by RoyT, with some helpful tips for building.

Great experience with forest garden services. Our shed got delivered in a timely manor and Alex Hibbert was so helpful and friendly. He saw I was with my young son so he brought the shed to the garden easily and he was just so polite!

We've used this company a few times now and the service is excellent! The one time we had a problem it was resolved quickly and a replacement sent. The driver today (Graham W) was also brilliant, very friendly and helpful thoroughly checking the order to reassure me it was complete after I queried it! First class service all round.

Brandon Cancett delivered my order and was freindly and efficient and put it exactly where we wanted it. Great service.

Had a delivery of a large planter, the delivery was on time and the driver (Phil Haywood) was polite and very helpful

Paul Haywood was a brilliant driver for me today. Friendly, Polite and made sure he checked all parts and gave helpful advice on how to build my shed. Top man. Appreciated.

Ordering was easy and it arrived quicker than I expected

My delivery driver was Alex Hibbert, what a jolly man, he asked to see where he could leave my order? Once shown he got on with the unloading of the truck and was very happy and extremely careful whilst so, he kept us updated with what he was up to and did not rush to unload. Alex was friendly but professional in his approach and I am very grateful to him for the care he took in doing his job.

Delivery driver was Steve M. Steve was very professional and polite, he made sure delivery was all secure and placed where I asked until we was able to build the shed. Thanks Steve M - defo the best delivery driver.

Bought a Forest Garden Hanbury which I was so pleased with, the quality was excellent. Purchased a double one however sadly it wasn't fit for purpose. No issue with Forest Garden they arranged pick up and I ordered another Hanbury. Penko and Ed delivered it this evening, super helpful and friendly. They kindly put the new one down the side of the house to save me lugging it. All round an excellent service from this company and I can highly recommend them. Will absolutely use them again.
