I applied for a quote on the Friday and they came on the Saturday to see the house and quote a price.

It was worth every penny. They communicated about what they were doing at every step, protected all my furniture, and were calm and kind throughout.

Everything fit in two vans and went in one go and they unloaded at the other end. They went above and beyond as well - even offering to remove drawer runners when I wanted a piece of furniture a different way up in the new house.

The only thing that went missing was my divan bed clips and I found them in the other house on the windowsill (white on white!) - the company offered to come back and fit them which was, again, going above and beyond.

All my stuff arrived in perfect condition.

The lads were chatty and genuinely really nice people. I'd 100% use them again.

Great experience :-) Forest Removals moved us from Lancaster to a house and a storage unit near Cheltenham. The process was very smooth, reasonably-priced, went according to estimated times, and the teamwork between members of the crew was beautiful to see. Everyone stayed friendly and professional through a long and exhausting day. When a problem arose, Calum addressed it straight away and we are entirely happy with how it was sorted out. Communication was great through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
